Blinking Power Light of Death - Oh Noes

Pros: Excellent Picture, fantastic upconversion and rendering of 480i signal.

Cons: Extremely faulty components leads to a common failure.

Pros: Style, Picture, SD Slot, Remote control, Price

Cons: Sold with a known and major defect

The Bottom Line: If Panasonic were to fix this defect or at least warrant the affected parts for 5 years, Id recommend it highly.
