High Failure rate
Personally know of dozens of these installed in state government satellite offices and the failure rate is running close to 50% in the first year. Symptoms usually include frequent "locking up" requiring reboot and ADF feed failure. The suffix NFS indicates network ready, fax and scan feature. Read full review »
Good Small/Home Office Solution
I have had this printer over a year and have been very happy with it. The model number I have is the 2727nf (n=network, f=fax).
