Good For:

Despite being 29 I actually really like this game, I bought it for my 11 year old son for his birthday and me and my 12 year old son pinched it to play it instead. It is like the typical pet game, you choose a cat to adopt, and make sure it is fed, played with, groomed etc and then you can buy accessories for it such as new toys, food, hats, glasses, bowls etc. There are also some games to play, there is one that is guitar hero in style where you press the screen as the notes go past, one copycat one, where it plays a sequence and you copy it back. The choice of cats is very good with the option of changing breed, eye colour, markings etc. I think that there is probably more that i haven't even discovered yet as we haven't had the game very long but from what I have seen so far I love it. You can also play 2 player if you have a game card each which is good although there is no option for download play which is a shame, as I hate having to buy 2 of the same game for my 2 children would rather they could just share. It is not a game that some people would like but my 12 year old boy who is really into what i call proper gaming games like Call of Duty and stuff still loves this game. I would think in general though that 6-12 year old girls would be wanting it the most. It is also a very good priced game compared to alot of DS games. So well worth the money.
