Our Dual Fuel Elements can be used in all of our Heated Towel Rails except for the traditional range. This offers the opportunity to have a Heated Towel Rail installed even if you do not have a central heating system. Please follow the advice carefully in the Dual Fuel Element fitting instructions. This dual fuel kit is used to convert a heated towel rail to run on central heating AND mains electric. This is useful during the warmer periods when you do not wish to turn the whole central heating system on just to operate a towel warmer. The kit is assembled as follows: The 2 t-pieces are inserted into the the towel warmer, on the bottom of the 2 vertical pipes. The electric element is then inserted into the bottom of one of the t-pieces, depending on which side you wish the element to be situated. A blank plug is screwed into the bottom of the other t-piece. The angled valves are screwed into the remaining right-angled socket of the t-pieces.
