HP Produces Nothing but Crap now

Cons: breaks down too soon customer support lacking

The Bottom Line: Stay far away from anything with the HP name on it

good printer, horrible support

Pros: Once I got a functioning printer, it works fine. Get the automatic duplexing.

Cons: It took much aggravation, persistence over 5 weeks to get a functioning printer.

Review: I like the automatic duplexing and the fact you can print economically and in black ink only which saves a lot of money. But I will never buy another item from HP until they figure out how to provide support properly when products don't work as ...
