Totally useless company... waited for hrs on the phone and never got past the automated system... sent numerous emails which never got answered... web page promise of 2=5 days delivery were mis-leading to say the least... when you read the words 'in stock', that means nothing after they have taken your money. It does not matter how much cheaper they are to other sites, dont use them.. its not worth the grief.

AVOID! WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! I have never encountered such appalling levels of customer care from any organisation. Customer enquiries are treated with contempt. Impossible to get response on 'helpline' despite hanging on for an average of 25 minutes: I have never been able to get through and talk to anyone. Emails are not responded to in a timely manner and questions are left unanswered. Even their E-Commerce Director ignores your requests for help. IN ONE WORD: DREADFUL!

after ordering a tv which was in stock the delivery date came and went and was then told after trying to get through to 1 line for 1.5hrs was out of stock. 3 weeks later still waiting for a refund. Poor customer service and site updating for stock.

Apart from a two week wait for the item, everything else seemed okay. I was advised about dispatch a week before delivery and only when I chased it up was I then advised it is 'actually' being dispatched, along with a tracking number. Two weeks is a bit excessive for a wait!!!

Everything to our expectations, excellent service from 24electric.com. Unfortunately, they link themselves with iPoints who refuse to respond to my emails asking why I am not receiving the 5000 odd points for the above purchase on my account. Regretably, this is the more common service the public has to put up with.

Purchased Miele S5000 vacuum cleaner consumables pack. Cheapest price that I could find (10% cheaper than other suppliers). Good service and fast delivery (and free!). Would definately use this supplier again.

Delivery date I waited all day. Told driver had gone off the road. This was after phone calls some of which were not returned. Told it would be delivered 2 days later in the morning. it was delivered after 7pm.

The online purchase was very smooth and the product was the best price available. The problems encountered have been with the manufacturer (Hotpoint) and not with 24electric.

Its a weird one put i was told it would not turn up until the 18th as it was out of stock, it then arrived on the 7th June

I looked at various ovens in local retailers. I then checked the web and found the 24electric site. I was pleasanty surprised by the savings I could make by buying on line from this site. I odered the oven and originally was going to take advantage of the buy now pay later offer but found the paperwork etc too messy. I cancelled that order and re-ordered on the pay now system. The oven arrived as arranged in good condition. Very pleased with the whole transaction.

I am not sure if I have received the goods from this merchant as the paperwork does not show their name nor did i get the quantity I purchased, I received more.

The only issue I had was that when i enquired as to when the goods were delivered I was told the DVD player was out of stock and that they were waiting on stock, there was no offer to check on this/approximate deliver time and was given the impression that if i phoned back i wouldnt get any further information.
