I required a specific make and model of vacuum cleaner, as it was a Which? Magazine Best Buy. (Which? is available only on subscription, from the Consumers' Association. It is the only review magazine that is independent and impartial, does not carry advertising and does not accept free sample items for review). I found the vacuum cleaner at the best price on the internet, through 24electric.com.

They were unable to supply the item I required but they were very Quick to tell me and to offer an alternative, and they made the refund straight away. I have not used them before but I would use them again.

Easy to shop, goods delivered within the time limit. Only concern was when my washine machine was dropped onto it's side by accident. However, the protective packaging did it's job with no damage and it works OK. Would certainly look at shopping with them again.

Pleased an order for microwave. The delivery time was 7-10 days which is longer than I usually get from other shops. It also took a couple of says to update the status of the purchase. However, inspite of the delay the order was delivered on time

However, it would be helpful if delivery dates and times were given, as it was very vague. Also I had to have a replacement unit sent out because the first had either been bashed about in transit, and broken it, or was faulty to start with.

Friendly, polite and very willing to help with delayed item. Item was sent to haulage company and was lost. Another item has since been sent out> I still await my product.

Lack of communication by merchant. At time of placing order advised 5-7 working days for delivery, it is now 20 days and dispite e-mails still have not heard from them

Disapointed that 24 hour electric didnt contact me to say that my credit agreement hadnt been procesed on time for my delivery day, and i waited in all day in which my tv didnt arrive. I then had to phone up to find out what had happened with no appology.

The product was delivered in good condition and it was easy to use the website. I did have to promt them on the delivery date but the courier company was not that great due to an argument about delivery. The actual drivers were polite. I would consider using these guys again if i can find the products i need on their website. Thanks

Was good, but more contact could have been given when delivering the TV. I paid more to have it delivered on a specific date and it didn't arrive. It arrived a week later with no prior notice. Other purchases from the vendor was a washing machine. Arrived promptly with no problems. Would use vendor again.

Having purchased the machine I was surprised to be told that there was a three week delay. However I was also told I could have my money back. Fortunately I was able to wait. I was also surprised to receive an email offering extended warrantly - at a price - when this particular machine has a ten year free extended warranty as part of its promotion. However the rest of the process was efficient and perfectly acceptable - and the savings were significant.
