Got told delivery would be 3 weeks but had item 5 days later which was a very pleasant surprise.

The retailer failed to inform me of the delivery date, so the old dishwasher was not collected because I was at work. (The builders working in the garden signed for the new dishwasher.) I had to make several phone calls in order to get the pick-up fee for the old dishwasher refunded.

It is now over weeks since i placed the order and i still havnt rcd the goods - i have to chase for an update and just get an automated response - i still havnt been given an estimated time of delivery and the on line order tracking system just gives me no information about the progress of my order or what is being done to expedite it. I acept that there is a problem getting the goods i ordered from the maker but there must be an update provided at least every 48 hours - not at all impressed.

The company took days to respond to any emails sent, took about 20 minutes to answer their phones. I ended up cancelling the order as they would not allow me to amend my delivery address as the there is never anyone in during the day at my billing address. Will not be buying from again.

This was what I wrote on Friday 27 January: I have just given up waiting for your customer service line to be answered. I ordered this stepper on 7 Jan You charged my credit card on 7 Jan On 17th Jan I emailed asking for an update on delivery (you had quoted 2-5 working days) You sent an automated reply and promised a response Getting no response, I emailed again on 23rd Jan. I have still had no response (or delivery!) and note that the stepper no longer seems to be available on your website. All I'm asking is for some contact updating me on the situation.

It's not that I wouldn't shop here again, but I would def be cautious about who makes the deliery, the level of service I rec'd once the item was delivered was very poor. my applinace didn't work and i called the delivery people NYK who informed me that they don't turn the water on for customers, so i called in an emergency plunber who informed me that none of the pipes were connected amongst other things, so i shall be making a formal complaint to NYK about the shoddy workmanship and also expect to be reminbursed.

Not really very happy at all, the money has been taken from my account some weeks ago and the product STILL hasn't been despatched..!! Not really good enough nowaways, the money should be taken when the item is on its way to me..

Ordered just before Christmas,received within 5 days,can't get better than that!

I ordered machine on 2nd Jan my account was debited on 4th Jan 07, after repeatedly reminders I received no answer, in my account with them sales tracking showed "delivery awaiting" even after delivery wich was done on 22 Jan. I tried to phone and waited for over 50 minutes, I had to hung up. I am still waiting for an invoicce from them. No thanks never shop again from this merchant.

Product received in ex condition, packaging removed by delivery staff, placed in position and old fridge/freezer taken out. As senior citizens this was very much appreciated.

They take extremely long to answer the telephone. On 1 occassion I was kept holding for over 30mins! I had to contact them too many times to get matters resolved, which as still outstanding. They advertise items that they do not have instock and deduct the money from your card regrdless of whether they have the item available or not. They could not give me an indication as to when I would get the item. They did not issue my refund efficiently. It has taken over 3 weeks for me to get my money back and I'm still waiting after numerous phone calls and e-mails. Overall I'm not impressed with the service but their prices are competitive.

Order was not in stock at time of ordering but did not take to long to come in . Christmas period did not help but but all said nothing major .Very pleased and would deal with again.Would have ordered samsung 32 lcd but not in stock and told we would have to wait till febuary 13th so went elseware .
