Proce was excellent. Website was above average. Delivery was quicker thqan expected (although I would have been more likely to shop at this site if I'd been told this delivery time in advance). The only slight complaint was that the packaging was damp, which made me worry that the product had not been stored well prior to or during shipping.

Quick, Simple, The only negative comment was that i had to contact them regarding a delivery date because i had heard nothing for two weeks and i contacted Indesit directly to arrange a delivery and only received a reply from 24 a few days later, could do better.

Fantastic - had a small issue with moving house - delivery and card registration addresses didnt match but 24electric called me and sorted the issue over the phone - delivered within 3 working days. Excellent company and i will be using them again.

Very good price ipoints. Goods delivered by manufacturer well within stated delivery time and with adequate warning of actual delivery date. Goods were ordered online and there was no need to contact them re ordering or delivery.

Very good, although the freezer was not unpacked when delivered, I had to do that myself which I was not expecting to have to do.

After placing the order confirmation was immediate and perfectly satisfactory. Delivery was arranged via Cannon and again with no problem. However, within two hours of delivery I contacted 24electric reporting minor damage to the top oven door. No reply email was forthcoming and two days later, after contacting the manufacturer directly, Cannon agreed to replace the door the following week. As a matter of principle further reminders were sent to 24electric, who finally replied on the day the Cannon engineer was due, with the message that "According to their records an engineer from Cannon had been arranged" - with no thanks to them of course! In fact, according to Cannon, a replacement cooker would have been shipped had 24electric acted promptly to the original complaint.

This supplier had the best price on the internet and the customer service was excellent. I would definately recommend them and will buy again.

Easy to order ... on time delivery ... absolutely no fuss.

The web site and product description were the worst I have ever seen. In view of this, the only reason I bought the item from them was I knew what I wanted and they were the only people selling it. It arrived very quickly and there were no problems.

I wanted to changed my order after it arrive but was told I had to paid £65 to changed it. The only alternative was to ordered another fridgefreezer and keep this one. where buying fron a shop they would have changed it without any problem.

I have been waiting 24 days for my iron and have tried to contact 24electric.com twice by e-mail but have received no response at all. I would appreciate a reply to let me know what is happening with my order. When I ordered the iron it stated that the item was in stock so why have I not yet received it?

Delighted with the experience and wouldn't hesitate to use the company in future or recommend it to others. Note there is a fault with the survey as items 4 and 5 are optional questions but must be filled in to complete the survey and 'don't know' is not the same as didn't require.

When i placed my order the products were out of stock, i waited a week then emailed the company. They got back to me very quickly explaining they were expecting a delivery on the monday and i received the product on the tuesday by next day delivery at no extra cost to myself.
