Good Merchant, cheap prices and good service what more can you ask for!!!!!!!

went all the through buying items only to find out after payment details went through the phones were not in stock but 24electric.com have taken the money from my bank account, and i have not even had a date for delivery or any contact from them.

Ordered a Panasonic TX-32LXD52 from 24-Electric and it was at my house within a few days of ordering (I think 3 to be precise). They were very helpful, as initially the delivery time was 7-10 working days, and I was moving house in 7. I had an email to inform me that I would have it in 2-5 days and got it the next day.

Very quick and simple to use. Also seams to be very secure as it uses verified by visa which means you must have registered a pin number with the credit card company.

The washing machine arrived earlier than expected. The service was excellent and we received a telephone call a couple of days in advance to let us know it was coming.

Price was good which would encourage us to use them again. Although once ordered we were left in the dark as to when we might get the fridge/freezer. We had to chase. Then we were told delivery would be later than anticipated so we cancelled, only to reinstate when the manufacturer phoned directly to tell us it was now in stock. All but one of 24 Electric staff were helpful. Delivery once scheduled was very professionally handled by the delivery company.

I initially had problems because of the way that the secure mastercard andf visa systems work - they are not compatible with my employer's large network of PCs. the product has not yet been delivered, so I haven't been able to answer someof your questions.

Although I was told my first choice was not available for 3 weeks and would I like to select another model (which I did) the manufacturer contacted me and said my original order could be delivered within 48 hrs. I contacted you to tell you not to order the second choice and your response was immediate and the original order went through fine.

Items received within 5 days of ordering. The only slight irritation wast that I received an email advising that delivery of washing machine would take 4-6 weeks. However, I then received a telephone call 3 hours later advising delivery would be in 3 days time: hence actual delivery was good, but I had a couple of hours of concern!

Ordered a AEG washer online and also spoke to a chap on the phone to check the stock. washer was sent on a day i requested to make sure that someone was in to take delivery and received it as planned with no hiccups.

Ordered a ZWD1681W on 21 July 2005. Not delivered 6 and a half weeks later. Originally quoted 2 weeks for delivery. Totally unacceptable. Had to cancel and pursue via credit card company as they had taken payment immediately when ordered. They also stated another 4 weeks at least till delivery after the 6 and half weeks had elapsed and I had to chase it with them. Offered no compensation. Would certainly not give this any recommendation whatsoever.

Ordered a Bosch washer dryer with great trepidation since I am a complete novice at this sort of thing. However, my fears were completely unfounded because everything went so smoothly. My order was confirmed very quickly and 2 days later I was phoned to give me a delivery date and time. Delivery was on time and the men were very obliging and efficient. The machine was incredibly well packed and in immaculate condition. All in all an excellent performance all round.

DELIVERY STATED 2-5 DAYS AFTER 10 DAYS ITEM TURNED UP. Shortly before midnight on Wednesday I ordered a Morphy Richards comfigrip steam iron 40706. At 15.30 the following day I received an e-mail confirming that the order was being processed which was followed at 16.05 by a confirmation that the iron was being despatched. To my amazement at 13.00 hrs on Friday the iron arrived well packaged and exactly as I hoped to find it. It is so rare these days to find a firm that is efficient and which provides good customer care.I am delighted.

Bosch dishwasher ordered Sunday. Emails to confirm order and payment. Telephone call Friday to arrange delivery for next day, also telephone call on Saturday informing me they would be with us in 15 minutes. Excellent.

Ordered a Bosch KSU49630 f/freezer, which was new on the market and I was unsure if it was yet in stock. Bosch said it was out in early June but store had listed it since early May. Took care to wait till June. Chose 24Electric 'cos they were cheapest, said it was in stock and free delivery and goods are delivered direct from Bosch. Got phone call with delivery time and was spot on, delivered in good nick by nice people. Very happy 'cos estores seem v good, except when stock problems occur.

Ordered on Saturday via Internet, Ease of use for Online Form excellent, Received great communications on how order was doing and informed Delivery would be 7 - 10 Working Days. Dishwasher was delivered the following Thursday Morning, unpackaged and fitted by the Delivery men and working by Lunchtime.6 Days Later. You will find that Service very hard to Beat.. Have no reservations in awarding 5 Platinum Stars... Very well Done, I know the Firm I will be looking for the next Time I require a major Item..Keep up the Good Work..
