Had to cancel the order the item was out of stock and had to get a fire on time for builders to complete. No problem with electrical dicount however

I purchased a Panasonic TX-37LXD85 LCD t.v.& I am happy to report that the goods were delivered on time & in good condition I would certainly use this company again when the opportunity arises again

First class service, very polite and helpful Customer Service Personel. The Delivery Man was also polite and helpful. A totally pleasing experience, much better than a pushy sales-person in one of the "major" retail shops

I bought a washing machine from this company. It was delivered and signed for unchecked. The delivery man was in such a hurry to leave. When we opened the packaging up we could see the machine was very badly damaged and this had been damaged at their warehouse, so why did they send it out. Phoned the company immediately to report, they were not very helpful. They would not collected for 7 days which was very difficult. Would never use them again - the worst experience of online shopping!

Washing Machine was delivered - travel restraining plates had been left off and the machine was damaged as the drum moved and dented the side. The person delivering and installing the machine then tried to force acceptance on the elderly couple I was purchasing the machine for - my brother eventualy refused reciept of the damaged goods. Not very satisfactory at all.

Item not in stock when ordered, but I was notified of this straight away by supplier. Only slight hiccup was that I was not informed when it was in stock and thus of new delivery date. Not a problem, as I was at home when delivery made - but it could have been awkward.

Cant answer first question accurately as order cancelled. I was contacted by phone the day after the order was placed to say that the item was not in stock until the end of the month, some three weeks away. I was offered similar item in stock but it was too big so the order was cancelled. Service was good but should'nt be "in stock" on website when is is'nt.

VERY GOOD SERVICE, RECEOVED PHONE CALL FROM THEM APPROX 10MINS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER ON LINE TO CONFIRM ITEM WAS IN STOCK AND THAT IT WOULD BE DESPATCHED ASAP, TOP MARKS!!!!!!

Delivered on time without damage. Time tracking via internet could be improved, but staff available by phone to advise on timings.

Ordered a tumble dryer. Website clearly indicated availability. Later a 'phone call from the company informed us it was not and alternative product (different colour - same model) would be £5 more. This made this company more expensive than rivals. Company expect customer to liaise with courier directly regarding delivery. I expect them to do this after paying them. Delivery and courier good.

Ordered dryer via website which clearly indicated item in stock. Rung by company later and advised it was not. Alternative machine (just a different colour) more expensive which meant that this company was not the cheapest compared. Delivery good but company rely on customers liaising directly with courier which is inconvenient.

I found the goods cheaper on this site than anywhere else and the dishwasher arrived on the day I was told it would arrive and it works so what more could I ask for?

I had no problems with ordering the item and the price was excellent. An email query was responded to promptly. The item was ordered late afternoon and at 09:03 the following morning a phonecall from the supplier arranged a delivery date for the coming Saturday. I was informed that the web site would, on the Saturday morning, show the van driver's name and approximate delivery time. This did not seem to happen although the item was delivered that afternoon.

No confirmation email. No update on stock availability. Terrible customer service.

I was very impressed with Electrical Discount UK the price they were charging for the TV I purchased was £50 cheaper than any other electrical retailer, so i was very impressed on those grounds alone. The quality of service and speed of delivery was second to none, and i would have no qualms about buying from them again.

By an Electrical Discount UK Internet shopper. This store can be relied on to do exactly what it says it will. I wanted to order a Toshiba flat screen TV, but the particular model was out of stock. The company offered to order one up, gave me an estimated time-frame for its likely availability with the promise to phone when it came in. The item became available within the stated time-frame, they phoned as promised and delivery to me was within the stated two days. Excellent service.

Ordered a TV on Thursday night on their website, A salesman phoned on Friday morning to confirm the order. Delivered on Monday afternoon on time stated in good condition. Highly recommend it.

This was the first time that I have ever ordered anything off the internet and the experience was outstanding. Having placed the order I receieved a telephone call saying that the item was in stock and that they would deliver it on saturday, approx 1 week after the date ordered. I also receievd a 2 hour timescale in which they would deliver and this was adhered to. The driver was extremely curteous and helpful. Overall I would rate the exerience as excellent and would not hesitate to use or reccommend them in the future.

The company made a mistake when writing down card number which led to a rejection. They claim to have called and left an answerphone message but there is always someone at home as one of the occupants is housebound. We had to call again and found the person rude. The machine arrived on the day stated by an elderly man who complained when the machine had to be taken to the rear of the property. He had no helper so the machine was not treated too carefully. I could NOT recommend this company.

A massive disappointment. Opted for 48 hour delivery, now 21 days later and still no goods yet, still hopeful though.
