Purchased 2 units. 1 dead on arrival. Returned it using their advised process for replacement. They state in their terms that they will refund the return postage. Initially they simply canceled the unit and refunded the price inc VAT.but NOT POSTAGE I had to email to again ask for a replacement. I had to reorder and get them to send at nil postage. They didn't refund my postage for the returned unit and still won't even after emailing them several times. They have no telephone contact number to take it any further. They have messed me about. I will never use them again or reccommend them to any of my colleagues. They are rogues.

The coolant I ordered was out of stock - due in 5 days, obviously this is taking longer than anticipated. The other products I ordered were delivered as expected

The shopping expirience was ok, but I would like to see Royal Mail special delivery offered for the next day delivery, as other firms don't seem to be capable of delivering next day to the Isle of Man.

Ordered the product in black. Was called the same day to say that they had been delivered silver in error and was I happy with silver. Said yes and the goods arrived the following day. Great service.

Fine found what i needed with out having to search that hard, but could do with listing CPU heatsinks by Socket type and CPU type.

I have had no problems what so ever with The CoolingShop and will be placing another order with them quite shortly. If only all internet shops were so fast and efficient.

Vendors like this with a fast and easy shopping experience help to restore your faith in internet shopping - 10/10 to the cooling shop they are one of the best around.

There was a minor error on the order but TheCoolingShop.com rapidly dealt with the situation. The products ordered were of excellent quality and exactly as described.

Item box was not sealed so anyone could have removed some items from the box also item was expensive and therefore the box should have been wrapped in something to deter prying eyes.

Excellent service, would use them again and recommend them to others.
