always had things i needed and i have recieved them quickly after placing the order

The company was fine, it was the delivery company they used. My item was supposed to be a christmas present but had to be opened and tested before that because the packaging was completely saturated due to being stored in a leaky van (the delivery company admitted they couldn't deliver it earlier as the box was too wet). If they changed the couriers they used then yes, I would shop again.

Straightforward. Delivered on time. I was confused why it took several days for the order to proceed out of Order Processing but this is normal for the 4 working day delivery.

The printer was a fair price with free delivery which was remarkably fast.

Found OYYY on price comparison web site. They lived up to their promise in regard to supply price, availability and delivery time so met all my expectations. A job well done.

I would prefer the delivery to be by a company with a local branch/centre/depot. If the first delivery was unsuccesful, I could then collect personally from them after normal office hours.

The Scanner was initally not fit for purpose and required a long conversation with the manufacturer to sort out the problem. The supplier initially refused to accept a return but this was was eventually accepted, however on help from Epson I kept the scanner but I wil NEVER buy from Oyyy again.
