It was very quick and easy to find my product in the site and order it. My delivery arrived on time, in good condition exactly when I was expecting it to arrive. I would shop here again with no hesitation.

Very efficient technical support staff who responded very quickly and helpfully to my queries. Products arrived when promised, instructions were clear and the players were put to good use on our return journey from Christmas with the grandparents. I should certainly use 3WM again

My shopping experience was good

The only thing I found dishonest about 3 monkeys is the fact that although the website clearly stated the item as 'In Stock'it in fact wasn't in stock...they were expecting a stock delivery that evening(which didn't happen). I also wasn't reimbusred the next day& morning delivery charge I made. The customer services operative was professional and polite though which helped some - hence why I would considered shopping there again.

You say that you have before 9am delivery slots for people who work. Well as someone who works let me tell you this - if I were to wait in until 9am it would be 1030am before I got into work, over 2 hours late, unacceptable!!!! Your delivery policy only helps dolescum, not most hard working people in the UK. You need a 6pm onwards delivery slot, even if it means paying another 5 pounds I would do it, even if it meant getting another courier company. Thats called customer service, you might want to try it sometime, might be good for you business. How do you know people won't use the option and pay extra for a service if you haven't even tried it out? Losers.

Plenty of product information, quick delivery

I emailed them before hand for advice on what would be the best product for me to purchase, the reply wasn't ultra fast, but it was certainly answered in 24 hours. The reply was courteous and informative and I would have not problem recommending them to anyone looking for the same sort of product.

First class service.

The product does not do what is claimed in the advertisement. The supplier told me that I needed an external aerial when I queried the poor performance of the item. When it still did not work as promised (I spent £400 on the aerial after £150 on the the TV), I was more or less told that was tough luck. A crap company that I will not buy from again.

I could not fault either the product or the customer service, both were outstanding. The only down side was the delivery. Repeated missed deliveries, no phone contact from the drivers, even though they had our #. We eventually had to pick up from the depot ourselves.

I found the web site very easy to use. The DVD players are really good and very simple to use - my 5 year old can operate them himself which is very useful when I am driving! I found the wireless headphones really good - less wires to trip over, they fit all sizes snuggly which helps to stop interference from outside noises, ie. my radio! Would definitely purchase from 3wisemonkeys again.
