The product has met my requirements so very happy but i was wondering if there was a way to give feeedback to the manufacturers. For example in my case could they redesign the battery to be flat and not in the shape of a stand as the machine has a stand built in.

I ordered using guaranteed delivery time and the product arrived some two hours ahead of target time. An earlier e-mail enquiry was answered twice within one hour.

Quick and easy ordering system. Goods arrived in perfect condition and exactly when they said they would. Only fault was that although we had bought a multi-region player, it would only play Region 2. But a quick email to the company resolved this. They replied super quick with the instructions of how to change it to multi-region.

I am very impresed. Although I answered positively above, one delivery did not arrive as promised. I contacted 3wisemonkeys and they were extremely helpful. The fault was entirely due to inefficieny of CityLink. Apart from that the whole shopping experience has been excellent.

Although I had a problem with the DVD player not working this was resolved efficiently and I was generally kept up to date throughout the replacement process. I was also impressed with a delivery time measured in hours rather than days (just over 17 hours from ordering to delivery). Overall a well run company with a good attitude to customer service who I will be happy to deal with again.

Supply was quick despite a very brief delay. The supplier kept me informed of progress accurately and promptly.

Problem i had was with courier service. I paid extra for delivery before 9.30 am, I eventually received it at 11.45 am. That delay was important

Very good except for on time delivery. Delayed one day - Presuambly City Link overwhelmed in December - but tracking was straightforward and City Link Courteous. 3Wise monkeys quick to refund delivery charge as compensation. Have not yet opened goods as they are a Christmas present for our grandchildren (and their parents who forwared Father Christmas letter.

Used 3wisemonkeys three times now,and each time the service has been faultless!!....And the nextbase DVD players are superbe!!....TAKE NOTE other on line dealers,why cant you all be as good as 3wise monkeys!!

Purchasing no problems but the City Lionk delivery could have been better. Delivery arranged for before 09:30. My wife was up and about waiting but did not hear the bell or knocker. The delivery slip from the driver gave 08:20 as delivery time but he must have hardly touched the bell and disappeared as quickly as he could. The bell works. The driver did try again at 10:30 and left another slip. I had to collect the package.

excellent got high quality product at a good price in days. I have been looking for a wall mountable dvd player for a comparable price to a standard dvd player for years and only been able to find expesive alternatives, the dvd player I got looks and sounds expensive, but wasn't and the service I got was second to none, everyones a winner!

The ordering process was excellent. I paid for requested time, the items arrived just outside this, the courrier very apologetic. Customers services were excellent and prompt response everytime. Only critism was the tracking system for my order, on the courrier website my consignment number was not recognisable so I had to telephone them. All in all 3wisemonkeys excellent!!

I thought an item was missing from the Order - but it wasn't. I had stupidly overlooked it in the box. My email raising the issue was answered promptly and politely and, had I not found the item, I would have been sent another! Wonderful service.

3wisemonkeys did exactly what they said they. They delivered my order on time, in good condition and there was no need to contact customer services. If they have the product I want then I would use them in the future.

Very impressed by service - the only thing which could be a bit of a problem, is that the delivery HAD to be made to the address a credit/debit card is registered at. This means taking a day off work. It also means that if one wanted to buy a present for someone for delivery direct to them, one has to look to another supplier and 3 Wise Monkeys are missing out on potential sales

I would recommend this on-line reatiler. I am very satisfied with what I bought. It is the right thing and was delivered in good condition bang on time. Two area in which they could improve - more incsive comments on the phone in helping select the right product (they were very helpful, but perhaps not quite criticial enough). One trivial point: there was a broken link on the website. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody.
