The product was great and arrived on time and was very reasonably priced. The best aspect of shopping at 3wisemonkeys was ther service - excellent.

No problems as all, goods were well packed and delivered on time. I havent used customer service or order tracking but I would not have any problems ordering for them again (And the price was very nice).

It was very good from the little experience I had. The product I wanted was out of stock - and so they recommended another , but when I said no, they refunded the money very quickly. Also, when I wrote an email about a product, I received an email back almost instantly, from a preson, so I was able to ask advice and questions. Very imprssed!

I was in a mad rush to purchase a birthday present for my younger son and on his list was a portable DVD player. I read the reviews on the Shinco product and deccided it looked like the one for him. I left the order very late and was nervous that delivery could meet my requirement. 3wisemonkeys delivered a quality product in extremelly good time which I am very grateful of. The 3wisemonkeys web site is excellent, has a good breadth of products and has some honest reviews (extremelly important). I have bookmarked there site now and will certainly use them as the benchmark for future purchases.

Very good. I had an installation problem but 3wm advice was given very quickly and was exactly right and the problem was fixed.

I am really pleased with the level of customer service throughout my shopping experience, from initial advice to which product to buy through to the delivery process. I received the goods directly from the manufacturer - not from 3wisemonkeys. It apeared in very quick timescales.The equipment comprised 2 portable DVD players. One of these appeared to have already been opened, and the battery was scratched. This is actually not a major concern for me as the unit concerned operates as expected. (It also has a RTB guaranteein case of problems). I discovered that I was missing a cable to connect the two units together. I phoned 3wisemonkeys and explained. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. The cable is to be sent to me. That was 5 days ago - nothing received yet - but it maybe too early. Otherwise, all OK

Delivery firm worth a score 0/10. Said had tried to deliver when they hadn't. Didn't leave card. Had to go their offices to get the product. Sad because 3 Wise Monkeys are excellent. If they change delivery company I would recomend them.

It Is The First Time I Shopped With 3Wisemonkeys And It Certainly Will Not Be The Last.The Product I Ordered Was Delivered On Time And When I Rang Up With A Query It Was Answered Quickly And Politely Which Is Quite Rare These Days.

Placed order over bank holiday weekend, item dispatched on first working day after bank holiday, with email to notify me that it had been sent. Item arrived safely the next morning...excellent! Shinco DVD player as good as expected, and will no doubt keep my kids entertained on a forthcoming long haul flight to the USA. I will be back to 3wisemonkeys in the future, no doubt! Thanks.
