Very good service from a company where the price is right, delivery was also a good and polite service.

No problems experienced, really helpful staff. Product turned up when expected on time. Didn't like the hard sell to buy additional insurance.

Within ten minutes of placing my order online, I received a telephone call from Appliance Deals confirming my order and informing me when I would receive my delivery details. The delivery was prompt, the driver very helpful and polite. I definitely would use this company again.

Purchase cancelled by me under DSR. Merchant excellent to that point, but I had ordered something available insufficiently soon from manufacturers by mistake, although the information was there to see!

Quick and efficient and on time

Instructions to order were easy. They did exactly as they said they would... I received a text to tell me what time the order was being delivered. Later that same evening, day before delivery, I had a call just to remind me about old appliances etc. I had a call from the delivery guys five minutes before delivery. Can't ask for more. Brilliant service. Thank you.

I'm recommending this site to absolutely everyone. fridge came 1/2 hr late becuse of traffic but this was a tiny flaw in a fantastic transaction. quality product, really cheap with excellent service. i shall buy everything from here in the future!

Satisfactory service

Excellent product and delivery on time. However a text and telephone call from delivery company informed me that they would arrive at 7.30 am. I had paid for old machine to be taken away. However they arrived at 6.30am whilst my husband was disconnecting the old machine and would not wait for him to finish therefore we were left with our old machine which we had to pay to be taken away having already paid your company for this service.

Very good easy web site to move round and find item I required

I was pleased with my purchase and with the delivery. The team delivering the goods were polite and efficient. My only complaint was the number of phone calls explaining when the goods would arrive. I had at least 4 calls on differnt days, the final one from the driver making the delivery, which to my mind would have been adequate. Also I got a call promoting a maintenance deal which I found very intrusive. Other than the above I would rate the 'Appliance Deals' as very good.

I ordered this bosch washing machine on your web page I had an email and date it would be dilivered after 3 days I had a phone call from you to say it was out of stock ,Why wasnt this put on the web page and why was my account debited for £301.00? I then cancelled it And I must say you were very prompt in refunding the full amount.I have since be able to get one from another company.

Everything went very smoothly, except I did not get a call the night before the delivery day as promised to tell me the 4 hour delivery time slot. I called Appliance Deals the next morning at 8:00 AM and they apologised and gave me the delivery time slot. About 20 minutes later the driver called to say when he would arrive (on time). It worked out well.

Helpful information from Customer Services on suitability of the product. A very competitive price and a quick delivery time.

Overall poor service. We puchased a Cooker and have to say we are happy with cooker, however, let down very much by delivery crew, their manner and disrespect of our good we had purchased. I so far received an apology after complaining about delivery crew, for their 'rudeness' but still awaiting reply about delivery of item and manner.

Delivered 7 days from order as promised

I was contacted by customer service and the driver to confirm delivery to within a 2 hour slot, which was on time. Packaging removed and disposal of old appliance very efficient.
