Merchant doesn't seem to know what stock they have. Definitely crossed off my list ofr online shopping.

no problems goods arrived quickly would use them again

Half of my was great and I recieved it in great condition and in good condtion. However the actual binder I was sent had been opened and used before. It was dirty and dented in places. When I called they did sort it out prettty quickly, but i have to admit it did shock me to be sent it in the first place.

The shredder was not as described though it is of good quality. I contacted the company and they offered a refund but I decided to keep it. The customer service was excellent - polite, helpful and focussed.

We bought the wrong shredder in the first instance - our fault!! We realised our mistake and the shredder was changed with no problem. Both deliveries were made within 24 hours of the order being placed! Excellent service, thank you!!
