The A3 Carrier arrived speedily however it had been rolled up and squashed and has permanent creases in it. It had no packaging - other than the envelope. It also had a minor fault in that I could not fully open it and had to prize it open with a scalpel - this should have been checked before sending. Finally (and this may be my fault for purchasing it)it is actually not suitable for use because it leaves an impression of the waft and weave of the fabric on the laminate. So a waste of money.

the item had to be reordered as the item in stock was damaged, and the new delivery date was not convenient, so a member of staff called when the item was instock and arranged a delivery date to suit me. I think this is good service.

Everything shoud have gone to plan but unfortunately product had the European plug instead of UK. So did not get product until after the weekend.

was happy with my purchase,but regretted that i did not spend time researching properly.had £25 delivery charge although I was spending £150.next day found acompany who could deliver the same quality laminator but I would not have had delivery charge as I had spent over £30.Miffed about this.
