Ordered the goods at lunchtime on Monday took delivery on Wednesday morning. I had a question for their customer services department at the time of ordering and the required telephone number was at the top of the website page, not hidden so that you don't telephone them. An absolute please to do business with them

The goods were ordered at 1pm on Tuesday and were at my door by 8.30 am Wednesday. I could not believe how fast it arrived. I was expecting a couple of days at least. Wow is all I can say.

I find the staff over the phone very helpful and efficient. I also dealt with the Sales Manager who called me back to let me have the tracking number which shows that they care about their customers. Excellent service and value.

I ordered the tv on a Sunday afternoon and received it first thing Tuesday morning...excellent service coupled with the fact that I saved £60 on the price of this tv in another well known high street electrical retail outlet...Would definately use AJ Electronics again.

After the initial hiccup with using our credit card, we ended up placing the order over the telephone. The order was placed 4.15 Wednesday afternoon and the tv was delivered Friday just after lunch. The tv beat the receipt for payment. Thank you very much extremely pleased with the service we received

Everything worked ok and I received the goods in 4 days which included Sat / Sun. Only suggestion - AJE should keep customers appraised re status of the order by having the status on their website. Not good just to see when shipped by City Link.

fIRST CLASS FROM START TO COMPLETION

No problem with ordering, payment or delivery. Goods received on time and in good condition. Received a call the day before shipping that the goods will be with me tomorrow. The following morning I received a call from the delivery driver to say they will be with me in the afternoon.

Ordered 11pm one evening. TV delivered 36 hours later. Great price and great service. Would highly recommend.

Gobsmacked or what! I have now experienced greased lightning. AJ Electronics sent me an email last night to say my item had shipped, so I told my wife to expect it to arrive by the end of the week. Well, imagine my surprise when I arrived home from work this afternoon and there it was. Well done, AJ. I will definitely use you again.

THE FEMALE WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE IS DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND AND SEEMS DISINTERESTED. WHEN WE DID NOT RECEIVE OUR DELIVERY NOBODY THOUGHT TO LET US KNOW SO A DAY WAS WASTED WAITING FOR IT. THE NEXT DAY OUR DELIVERY WAS PROMISED TO GO AHEAD BUT OUR FRIDGE WAS NOT EVEN PUT ONTO THE DELIVERY VEHICLE. FINALLY THE FOLLOWING DAY OUR DELIVERY ARRIVED WITH A ONE MAN CREW WHO ARE NOT THERE TO HELP WITH MOVING THE ITEM! ALSO THE FRIDGE WAS DAMAGED AND WHEN I PHONED AJ ELECTRONICS NO ONE WAS THERE TO TAKE MY CALL!!!

Ready good service - offered the product I wanted at the cheapest price, good telephone contact throughout and delivered prompty.

I had to make several phone calls to actually make my purchase as the system could not cope with a housename rather than number and I also wanted to add delivery details. Having sorted out the purchase over the phone and agreed to pay storage to have the item delivered on a particular delivery slot three weeks later it then failed to turn up (I had taken a day off work). When I phoned up I was told it wouldn't fit on the lorry!! After complaining it was delivered the following day. Preety was the only person I spoke to that seemed capable and caring.

I ordered a panasonic home cinema surround system on a Monday night and received the goods by 0930 on the Wednesday.From ordering the goods to sitting down to watch a movie with my new purchase took 36 hours.Although I`m having problems with the centre speaker not working so I`ll find out how good the customer services department are.
