Poor customer services, poor communication, I didn't get what I ordered, their own terms and conditions contradict themselves so the customer can never be right. Just generally a poor place to shop, I would avoid and go elsewhere!

I was very disappointed as I was trying to buy a present for my mother and have it delivered directly to her address, they didn't state on the internet that I would have to provide proof that I lived at that address before they delivered. I cancelled the order and bought else where. I was very disappointed with the whole experience.

The shopping experience was very good but I had a few technical difficulties on my end which made the shopping a little harder.

Tried to log in to track order and it said no details to show. On reading your print out it also said we would be called prior to delivery. We didnt get any type of call and my wife returned home to a card through the door saying there had been an attempted delivery which we will have t0 re arrange

Tried to order the above item and at completion of order a statement appeared that the order had not been processed due to a website error. I was then notigied by email that order had been processed. I sent an email requesting clarification and was phoned the next day to say that the ordered item was damaged and that there were no more in stock. Order cancelled.

AJ Electronics where 1st class. Goods came very fast. However I thought that they had forgotten my HDMI cable that I ordered, So I called them. They said that it had been posted. I recieved it the day after the goods arived, which was great. I would have liked to know that they were going to send me it seperately when I placed the order though. Even just to reasure me. All in ALL a good company. Friendly customer service too.

A very good and efficient service. Product value was excellent. The after sales service was very good when I had to follow-up about a HMDI cable that went missing in the post. Overall I would rate this seller very highly.

As usall excellent survice from ordering to delivery. Item arrive very quickley and I would have no issue in using or recomending to other people. Price was also compedative but most of all its the reliable service which sometimes is worth paying that little bit extra for.

Easy to use website, order immediately acknowledged with full details of expected delivery date, on the morning of the delivery I was telephoned by the courier to confirm the date and then again an hour before the delivery by the driver to check we were home and expecting him - Perfect!!

When I purchased the item delivery time was given as 2-3 working days, eventually arrived 14 days later. I was told they needed a copy of a utility bill to confirm my address, this appeared to me to be a stalling tactic, then the lorry wasn't in my area for another week, very, very slow.

Generally a good experience. Impressed with delivery times if you leave a mobile no when ordering they will text you when they are about an hour away, I was at work on the delivery day so this was priceless altho they turned up just under 2 hours later. Overall tho pleased and would definatley use them again
