Gobsmacked or what! I have now experienced greased lightning. AJ Electronics sent me an email last night to say my item had shipped, so I told my wife to expect it to arrive by the end of the week. Well, imagine my surprise when I arrived home from work this afternoon and there it was. Well done, AJ. I will definitely use you again.

THE FEMALE WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE IS DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND AND SEEMS DISINTERESTED. WHEN WE DID NOT RECEIVE OUR DELIVERY NOBODY THOUGHT TO LET US KNOW SO A DAY WAS WASTED WAITING FOR IT. THE NEXT DAY OUR DELIVERY WAS PROMISED TO GO AHEAD BUT OUR FRIDGE WAS NOT EVEN PUT ONTO THE DELIVERY VEHICLE. FINALLY THE FOLLOWING DAY OUR DELIVERY ARRIVED WITH A ONE MAN CREW WHO ARE NOT THERE TO HELP WITH MOVING THE ITEM! ALSO THE FRIDGE WAS DAMAGED AND WHEN I PHONED AJ ELECTRONICS NO ONE WAS THERE TO TAKE MY CALL!!!

Ready good service - offered the product I wanted at the cheapest price, good telephone contact throughout and delivered prompty.

I had to make several phone calls to actually make my purchase as the system could not cope with a housename rather than number and I also wanted to add delivery details. Having sorted out the purchase over the phone and agreed to pay storage to have the item delivered on a particular delivery slot three weeks later it then failed to turn up (I had taken a day off work). When I phoned up I was told it wouldn't fit on the lorry!! After complaining it was delivered the following day. Preety was the only person I spoke to that seemed capable and caring.

I ordered a panasonic home cinema surround system on a Monday night and received the goods by 0930 on the Wednesday.From ordering the goods to sitting down to watch a movie with my new purchase took 36 hours.Although I`m having problems with the centre speaker not working so I`ll find out how good the customer services department are. Would recommend this company to my friends

Goods attempted delivery with no notice ..msg left on landline when mob no given !! Unable to track on line altho info said it could be done . Told del on friday ,took day off and after 4 calls 2 of which did not come back to me with info .Finally late pm told due monday !! Said would cancel if not here saturday . Arrived on Saturday only one driver no assist so had to struggle to get into house with my help .Very poor service indeed .

The telephone service for questions was excellent and the product arrived very quickly. I would have liked a receipt for the item, rather than just an item number for reference. If possible could you post or e-mail me a receipt.

I RANG BEFORE I PLACED MY ORDER, WAS NOT INFORMED THE PRODUCT WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. ORDERED ON LINE AND PAID BY CREDIT CARD TO RECEIVE AN E-MAIL THE FOLLOWING DAY TO SAY THAT THE PRODUCT WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. WHY WAS I ABLE TO ORDER THE PRODUCT AND PUT IN PERSONAL DETAILS AND MAKE PAYMENT WHEN THE TV IN MY CASE WAS UNAVAILABLE. I COULD HAVE MADE A PURCHASE ELSEWHERE TO SAVE THIS DISSAPOINTMENT. NOT HAPPY AT ALL....

Easy and straightforward.

Tried to use the tracking facility, but goods arrived before order was visible on tracking system. Recieved duplicate item on same day. My wife accepted not know what I had ordered. Customer services "demanded" collection next day. This was not convenient and as it was their mistake, I would have expected a more apologetic response.

I had an excellent shopping experience with ajelectronics. My only critisism would be that having purchsed my goods and received my confirmation of order, the website told me that my payment transaction had not gone through and asked me to re-submit my payment details. I knew that the order would not be processed without the payment having been made so I ignored the further request. Anyone who does not purchese items frequently via the net may have ended up paying twice for their goods. I can only assume this was an error on the day (1st April). I was very impressed with the speed of service and delivery and will certainly use them again.

Link supplied to courier does not work...?? tried ring on a constsant basis just to hear a telephone answer messgae saying there is no one avilable to answer the phone...?? Very poor indeed..! said goods would be next day but Still waiting...???

cheapest on the net for the appliance we wanted , delivered when specified excellent service will use again if the price is right.

I have never shopped on the internet with an unknow company to me , it was a last minute panic for my son's 18th and was delighted at the quick responce and delivery, thank you.

ordering no problem. poor communication about when item to be delivered, had to ring to find out. Item delivered damaged, but damage only apparent when unpacked. Returns department very slow to respond, have to be constantly chased. Still waiting for a date to exchange washing machine - 2 weeks after original item delivered. Luckily old machine still limping on, otherwise we'd be buried in dirty laundry by now.

Simple and easy to use site. Great customer service. Excellent delivery service, item came the next day. A highly enjoyable and rewarding shopping experience. Highly recommended.

not very good ,we ordered the tv and took time off work but were unable to supply as there was a delay by asking for a utility bill to be sent to them .

I can only praise A J Electronics on their excellent service. The TV arrived very quickly and appears to be in perfect condition although I have not tried it yet.

This is the second tv we have purchased from AJ Electronics in the space of 12 months. Both orders were delivered faster than expected. The most recent order was at our home in Cumbria in less than 24hours from placing thr (internet) order.

Although the web ordering was fairly straightforward they appear to have miscommincated my address. Although it was correct on the original purchase Order, it is now incorrect on the invoice received via e-mail and presumably passed to the courier. As for City Link, their service is appalling. Also your survey asks if I have received the order in good condition, even though I have nort received the order, as detailed in the next question!!! How do I know if they will be in good condition if I haven't received them yet?

A word of warnng - never deal with this awful company. I tried to buy a TV, and came across hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. They do not answer the phones, they do not reply to (multiple) e-mails, and if by a stroke of luck you do get to speak to someone they lie to you about delivery times and stock levels.My card was debited immediately, but I have since cancelled my order - am waiting for refund. Next time, I will go to a professional outfit.
