Ordered a Panasonic NVGS15 Camcorder at lunchtime Friday. Arrived Monday morning. Whilst marginally more expensive I felt confident using this supplier as they answered the phone and dealt with my queries immediately. Other suppliers didn't even answer the phone.

I decided to buy a Canon EOS300D and e-mailed AJ Electronics to check stock levels. Their reply came very quickly, I ordered in the afternoon and it arrived before noon the next day. Their service couldn't be better and the price including delivery was the best I could find - a first class dealer in every way.

Although the Panasonic NVGS200 I ordered was not the cheapest I selected AJ on the basis of their reviews as excelent customer service. I have not been dissapointed .I received a reassuring email the day after placing my order and the camcorder arrived exactly 3 days after I orderd. It works perfectly so I have not had to call customer support. Just a point for Panasonic though . The manual does not say anything about how to use it with computer editing prog useing firewire. I spent some frustrating minutes trying to use it with the mode selection switch on PC before realising that this probably only applied to MPEG4 movies from the USB. Sure enough you have to set it to tape playback.

Being new to online shopping I was pleasently surprised to find how easy it was to place an order. I ordered a Panasonic DVD recorder at 8.00 Tuesday evening it arrived at 9.15 Thursday morning. I think this is an excelent service and would be happy to buy again

Ordered at JVC GRD23 camcorder on Friday teatime and was delivered on Tuesday at 11.ooam. I saved £140 on store prices and the ordering over the net was very easy. I will use this company again for any other products I need.

I am also impressed by this company. I ordered my Sony DCR-HC40 on a Saturday morning and it arrived early on Tuesday. The tracking system worked perfectly - in fact it had only just appeared on the tracking system when the camera arrived. A query email to AJ elicited a response by return, plus the very helpful reminder to start using the camcorder immediately as it would be exchanged if a fault developed within 7 days, otherwise it would be dealt with under warranty. So I am happy and would definitely use them again.

Great price. Excellent service. Could only deliver to credit card address via the web, but were able to do business address delivery via fax. Pro-active call back for more information. Able to include additional goods in the shipment not advertized on web site, and delivered in 24 hours to Ireland. Will definitely use again.

I ordered my sony dsc p8 camera on Tuesday 1am and received it all new, shiny and in perfect working order on Wednesday morning. I did rely on other customers' reviews, but definitely decided to make a purchase because their web site is extremely well maintained and it's obvious that AJ is running a serious business. Cannot comment on customer support, as I ordered my camera on line and everything was just perfect!

I ordered a JVC GRDX28 Camcorder on Sunday evening, it arrived early on Tuesday. However, the item had a fault, I contacted AJ and they said to post it back and they would refund the postage. I did this on Wednesday, and on Thursday a replacement was sent out, Just received, Friday morning together with the cheque for postage. Service was 1st class, I would highly recommend this company, and I will be buying from them again.

Absolutely excellent service. Ordered Canon 300D over the phone Monday morn, said it would be delivered the next day and it was. Received Tuesday just after midday and the delivery was free. Fantastic.

Excellent service. Very competitive prices as no hidden extras. For eg they have free delivery. I called 1st to check definitely in stock, then ordered online and rang back with my ref no and they ensured next day delivery. Received it the next morning at 10am, less than 24 hours after ordering!

I have dealt with AJ Electronics a couple of times and I have been extremely impressed with their service and support.It is simply awesome never mind that their prices are the most competitive on the internet.I purchased a Canon 300D in Feb 04 and after a couple of weeks it developed a problem ,it was replaced immediately.I will definitely do business with them again.

Ordered a Sony TRV-60e Camcorder on Sunday night and it arrived in West Cumbria on Tuesday morning. Order Tracking accurate and easy. This is the second camera I have bought from A J Electronics and both experiences have been positive. Prices very competitive. I would definitely use them again. Slightly strange that you always seem to get 2 identical confirmatory e-mails. But better than none I suppose. Can't rate the customer service as I haven't needed to use it, although I did e-mail them once with a general query and got a reply within 24 hours.

Ordered a Canon IXUS 430 digital camera approx 11 am Monday. Received goods 10.30am Tuesday. Less than 24hrs later. Low price, and no P & P. Would definitely recommend this company and would use them again. The camera is great too !!!!!

Excellent Sales Service, Fast Efficient and Competitively Priced - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED My story... I ordered a Canon G5 Pro (1Gb MD) in Jan/Feb'04 after searching for best prices on the web. I checked out the reviews which were not as plentiful as they are now for this retailer. The goods were showing as Out of Stock, so I called to check delivery dates. I was informed one was left, they took my name to reserve it awaiting the online order. It was dispatched and I was able to track the item and arrange a convenient day with the courier. A follow up letter from a personal AV customer service advisor was an excellent touch, although I have to need this service - Superb So Far!

Using Dealtime's customer reviews I selected AJ, saved £150 on list price, and the customer rating was thoroughly deserved. Ordered Monday, and delivered on Wednesday.

bought sony trv33 camcorder no complaint with product just aj tried to change delivery address was told i would be charged £15 for this as city link would charge them phoned city link who told me there was no charge challenged aj who said theyd phone back guess what no call had to inconvenience mother to be here for delivery decietfull company never use again

I ordered a Plasma TV from this company, requesting a particular delivery date. I promptly received an e mail back confirming my request and dispatch date. These dates were a day out so I e mailed back to change them. I received a response within 2 hours. The TV was delivered on the day specified. Good price and great customer service.

I ordered a Sony digital camcorder from AJ. It arrived on the delivery date I was given (within 3 days of the order), in perfect condition, and was the cheapest by far compared to other internet dealers and high street shops. An extremely good company to deal with.

After some research, I found A J Electronics were offering the best deal. I saved £130 on the RRP of the JVC GR-D50 digital camcorder and delivery was free and within 48Hrs. Ordering was easy and even though I made a mistake, a quick e-mail, which was replied to promptly, rectified the problem. I would recommend them.

Very satisfied. Gave up with dabs.com who said G5 would be in stock in 1-3 days. Went on longer and they didn't reply to my email. So cancelled and ordered from AJ Electronics who said they'd deliver in about 4 days but it arrived in 2! Brilliant. Couldn't ask for more! Will use them again.

Ordered Sony TRV19 camcorder on the Wednesday at 11pm at home, got call at work in morning to ask additional delivery address as i asked and was told delivery was going to be the next day.
