This is the last time I buy from Additions, I orded the Vax and it arrived a day late, then I got it out of the box only to find 1 bottle of cleaner not the six free bottles as on the website and catalog. Goods were received a few days earlier than expected, including one item which was 3 weeks earlier - excellent service! Have been a customer for many years, they are always reliable and good value for money. Only bad point is clothes etc are often out of stock even shortly after the new season starts. i ordered some shoes and they sent the wrong size so i had to pay for some new ones to be ordered and again they sent one pair of the wrong size again. so in all i had to pay for two extra post cost and didn't gat a re-fund for this!!! I paid by credit card for serveral items and returned one. Within 2 weeks I had confirmation of this by checking on line and the following week a cheque refund arrived.
