Additions Direct

I contacted them via email regarding a promotional discount that was not applied during the order process. They resolved the matter to my satisfaction within 2 days.

ordered something a few weeks ago...and am still wait ing for my order!

I tend to be somewhat unimpressed at shopping with unknown companies on line, especially when I had to 'phone and the young lady was a little unsure of my question, but was ultimately impressed at the way my order was dealt with. I was half expecting some sort of error, i.e. wrong size/colour, but not only were they correct, they arrived in the desired time which was the main priority. Well done and thanks.

Received my order from Additions ok, but had to return two items, which were sent back in the same package. Now one of these items has successfully been credited back to my credit card, but the other has not. Have called and hope to be credited forthwith for the second returned item

I was disappointed with Additions Direct as they would not let me have the goods on credit but gave no reason why? This is the first time in my (nearly 50 year) life that I have been refused credit and the fact that Additions Direct gave no explanation has not left me with a very good impression of them. I won't be shopping with them again and will not recommend them to others.

My order came before the due date so I was rather impressed! Very good service-Keep up the good work!

Quick easy site to follow - delivery excellent

Quick but a lot of delays on goods some ims that long you go else were

It was my first attempt and it was so easy and coveinient I was very pleased with this means of shopping.

overall fine. I used a promotion code to receive free p&p and five pounds discount, there was no indication on the paperwork accompanying the goods or on the website that this had been applied. some goods were out of stock although it is only march!

Item was supposedly delivered, but never turned up. Dissapointing.

I think shopping with additions direct is pleasureable and fast I have everything I need at the click of a button Perfect!

The website is not easy to use, the items all over the place. Delivery was good. Item is satisfactory.

Good service, reliable. Easy to use web site with goods in stock 99% of the time. The only negative aspect is the delivery service. They offer next day delivery - sometimes the goods arrive earlier than expected which is OK but not when they have to signed for. Also the delivery time is 8am-6pm - it would be much more convenient if a morning or afternoon delivery time could be chosen,

good variety/choice in the products I was looking for, but found limited on size, very often my size was out of stock.

I ordered the 'Barcelona dining suite' in December. I was told that I would receive it in January. By March I still hadn't received it. I complained several times. Every time I was told that 'a letter was in the post'. They have also said 'they have tried to call me' but in all that time they haven't called me once. Yesterday, they cancelled my order, saying I had credit problems, even though my bank say I have none. The product now appears as sold out on their website - what a coincidence!

Easy enough website to use products arrived as described and within timescales notified at the outset.

The initial order was returned to Additions by the courier, although no attempt had been made to deliver it. I had to telephone Additions to find out why it was so late in order to discover this. However, the second delivery was very quick.

ordered clothes from this catalogue via phone. i was told all items in stock they gave a delivery date - on the day given i waited in and nothing arrived. i phoned at 5pm to find out what happened. i was told there was a problem with the orders some were out of stock and others i would have to wait another 3 wks. i asked why they did not phone me to let me know. i was told "we wrote to you to explain" what a farce!! goods never arrived and i got the explanation letter 10 days later!

Received conf of order:then telecon-problem with conflict of card address/different del.address,but reorder on internet and facility for diff.del.address.Did that.No goods tel.se veral times no trace.Finally traced no del because of same conflict.Eventually agent sought supervisor who said'large item" could go diff.add. Took reorder on telephone. Internet site does make facility for diff.address but not very clear set-up but staff do not seem aware!

my shopping experience with additions direct has been brilliant. im surprised at how quick the orders can arrive if in stock, and that some items are cheaper than high street prices and better quality. i will be shopping with additions direct again. thank you.
