Good quality and great value items. Good delivery. Good customer service.

The transaction went very smoothly. It's an easy, efficient way to shop.

The only problem was items go out of stock too quickly after the new book comes out.

it was very difficult to find items that we liked. Things that we did like, you didn't have in stock so it was a very frustrating experience.

I was dissapointed that alot of the clothes i ordered or wanted to order, werent available in my size, which i find pretty poor when i was ordering at the beginning of autumn from an aut/wint catalogue. It said on the invoice sheet that the dress i ordered was longer than in the picture but why didnt it say that on the website, then i wouldnt have ordered it?!

Ordered products on the internet. Site was easy to understand and use and order was delivered on time. Have used Additions Direct a number of times in the past and have been more than happy with every order I have made

on line service fine. goods arrived on time but both went back. one due to size problem, second due to wrong item being sent.

Never have a problem shopping with Additions Direct but I do object to having to pay £3.95 delivery charge.

We trust the remainder of order will eventually arrive

Bikini top that I received the adjustable strap hooks snapped on both sides and alson the strap to hold back of strap onto the back fastening broke all within 3 days of my holiday therefore the top couldn't be worn as there were sharp parts digging into me. Have returned product and I am awaiting reply. Further purchases will depend on outcome of this incident

my shopping experience was alright until my last 2 orders which I have been charged twice for AND I AM STILL WAITING TO RECEIVE THE LAST 2 ORDERS.I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE TO THEM AND THEY SAID IT WOULD BE HERE BY 28/10/2005.GUESS WHAT I AM STILL WAITING ..

Shopping was okay but it would be nice if you stocked more clothes in bigger sizes ie: 20 plus as a lot of the clothes i liked did not come in my size.

Orders arrive as expected and cutomer service always helpful.

initially the web site didn't function properly my order wasn't fully accepted i had to enter the order 3 times which was frustrating but once the order went in the service was excellent very good comunications and the order arrived on the named day and in excellent condition and quality as expected.

Would not buy anything from Argos Additions - customer service via telephone was awful and unprofessional. The representatives who I spoke to did not have a clue what to do, was told many different stories - none of which were true. Hopeless!!!

i have purchased numerous items from Additions Direct and have not experienced any problems or delays in either correspondence or delivery.

only had 1 hiccup and that was the delivery of a desk which for somereason got sent back to the depot and it hadnt even been tried to have been delivered here and that was after waiting 6 weeks for it ........got another ordered and it took about 3 weeks to be delivered......other than that had no problems with the service that i have received from the company ....the delivery driver is very plesent and always seems to smile which is a nice change for delivery drivers.
