Excellent experience from ordering stage to delivery. Kept informed all through the process and delivery people were excellent ringing 10 minutes before delivery. The were so professional in delivery, putting the appliance in place and showing me what to do. Will certainly use Appliance City again - a lovely shopping experience.

We oredered the freezer that was immediately acknowledged by email. We were advised that delivery would be in about a week but as we were going to be away the company arranged a specific day on the following week. The freezer was delivered exactly at the time expected and was put in the place we wanted by the delivery man. The appliance was in perfect order.

This company offered a very competitive price for the washing machine I was interested in. I ordered on-line which was very easy to do. Delivery was excellent and the product is living up to expectations. I would certainly use this company again and would recommend it to others. A hassle-free purchase - excellent.

Received the appliance in the time stated and in good condition. And are very pleased with the product to date, so much so i may change the remainder of our white gfoods to suit.

Needed item in a hurry due to cancellation from another retailer who had kept us waiting 5 weeks and then predicted another 4 week wait for same item. Contacted Appliance City by telephone on Monday, having seen item on website. Very competitive price, fantastic communication - very helpful service. Delivered on Thursday with four phone calls made to me on day confirming arrival time. Delivery driver very helpful - over and above basic level of service. Would recommend and use again.

Driver rang 1 hour before delivery to check we were in, appliance turned up on time, undamaged. Perfect service.

We did have a problem with the appliance but it was our error not the supplier. They were unable to provide a refund due to us having opened the goods so would be unable to sell on as a new product. I think this is probably a reasonable response. So purchasers be aware, make sure you get it right!

have not yet unpacked it because we are waiting to move. It was delivered far quicker than expected. very happy.

Email said I would recieve the order in 10 to 15 days. When it arrives it will be 22 days. Email said I would be contacted about a delivery date within 3 to 7 days. This didn't happen. I contacted the company twice to find out about the order.

Shipping to non-billing address held things up slightly. Product fine - good price, and the company were accessible by phone to talk about things. Would shop there again.

I ordered the product but did not hear anything after 6 days so rang up, was told that it should arrive later in the week and would be despatched to me on the Wednesday or Thursday. I rang again on the Monday (not in stock) and the Tuesday when told it would arrive on the Thursday, given mobile number for driver, he delivered Wednesday evening ... excellent. My only critism would be that as there was a slight delay I could have been mailed on phoned to say at an early stage what the situation was. This gives people confidence in a company particualry as some have a poor record of dispatching I would use your company again.

ordered, they called and said order would be 2 weeks before delivery, called again and said it was dispatched, carrier called and arranged delivery. all in all a vey simple, effective service.

The items were not delivered on time.The staff i spoke to were not helpfull.When the items were delivered i had to wait up for three hours,(night worker).I was told 10am and it was nearly 11-30 before the goods arrived.

Purchased a A,erican Freezer, however Whirlpool had none in the UK nore did the merchant however they did explain to me the problems in good time and kept me informed of any changes

The service was excellent, we ordered the Fridge Freezer online (which saved us £300 on the shop retail price). A couple of days later they contacted us and asked when we would like it delivered. We organised a date and time ( a week later)and it came on that date within the time limits they told us, boxed in perfect condition... They were quick to answer, friendly and helpful on the phone and the guy who delivered it was quick, helpful and knowledgeable about the product. All in all we couldn't ask for a better service. Great Value and Great Service, I would recommend Appliance City to anyone.
