The experiance was OK and we are happy with our purchase. A little long on delivery and an unfortunate comment by their customer care opeerative with the definition of "seven days for delivery", I felt patronised. Other than that, I would have no hesitation recommending them to my friends and family.

The shippers are easily contactable and very obliging and delayed delivery to suite my requests.

Very good except didn't realise there would only be one delivery person for a big range cooker and that he is only required to leave it at the door. Luckily my husband was in and the obliguing delivery man did bring it in although of his own accord.

Goods ordered on a monday, phined by supplier tuesday with offer to deliver by 10;30 next day. Goods arrived at 10:45. Professsional, helpful. I was given name and phine number of driver to whom i spoke on the wednesday morning to confirm he was able to meet delvery timescale. Overall most impressed.

On the delivery address page, I had to indicate that I lived in a flat. As the delivery fee is only for ground floor only, they had put my order to one side & intended to call me. I rang them on the 5th day (the site said deliveries should be within 5 days) to find out what was happening, they appologised for not dealing with it and from then on all was ok. No other probs.

Ordering was easy and product selected was advised as in-stock. Delivery service phoned when we were out but did not follow-up to check suitability of delivery date/time. Luckily there was someone in the house when the delivery arrived, so no problems. Very happy on the whole with the service and the product and would buy from this site again if the required product was available. We have recently been looking for a baumatic dishwasher and cooker hood but Appliance City do not appear to stock this make.

My first attempt at buying a 'large' item on-line and an excellent experience. Order process was fast and simple and an email confirmation of order was received promptly. Delivery took place less than a week later with no difficulties at all. I would definitely buy from this company again.

It was very quick and easy. I found what I wanted with ease, and found that I had a great selection and the prices were much lower than other online retailers that I had browsed. The item arrived in excellent time, and I am very pleased with it!

I would recommend anyone to use this supplier with complete confidence. I ordered 6 appliances, they were extremely helpful, carried out all the actions they promised on time and everything was delivered in good condition. Can I say more!

Cheapest we found anywhere. Main annoyance was that when they delivered the item, they only delivered to the front door and not into the house!! This was a large fridge/freezer that I was unable to get in without additional help, that the delivery guy wouldn't give. Apparently, they do tell you about it in the small print, but I failed to notice it. On principle I wouldn't use this company again unless it was a small item.

I searched the web for suppliers of Neff hob units and Appliance City was the cheapest available.

Only contacted at 4.00p.m. to be advised that delivery would take place during the afternoon the next day - this was the Friday when our office Christmas lunch had been arranged. If this delivery was not acceptable would have to wait until after Christmas. We did not receive any email regarding delivery beforehand. I would have expected at least a full day's notice in order to arrange for delivery to be taken.

The small print said that we should be prepared to assist with the delivery. My husband was ready to assist and did in fact but the pictograms on the box indicated 4 people were necessary and it was a one man delivery. It would have been helpful to display more prominently the delivery requirements. Ordering was easy and we were able to telephone and talk to a person without problems.

The initial order acknowledgement was slow and the order was recorded as 41014B instead of 41014D. If appliance city had an on line tracking system, this problem might have been avoided.However, as soon as the problem was identified (on delivery), Appliance City admitted their fault, and attempted to correct the problem. All contacts with the company were met with friendly and positive attitudes.

The order and delivery process was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I din't work out if you coud track order or make contact via the internet however. Very pleased with the process and the product which arrived at my house within 4 days of order. Thank you.

I ordered a dishwasher and it was delivered within a week on a day and at a time to suit me, which amazed me. When I had a problem with it (lovely dishwasher, appalling instruction book!), customer care acted quickly and couldn't have been more helpful, even though the problem wasn't their fault at all. Highly recommended!

Failed to advise delivery date, but by chance my wife had a day off and was in to receive delivery. Otherwise good service and price.

It was average although my oven is faulty - the controls don't work so I'm still without an oven for the 3rd week.

An easy simple transaction which worked well.

Very happy with Appliance City's service. They were also the cheapest online. Their delivery man was by himself, which was a struggle considering the size of the appliance, but he was very helpful, also helping us get it out of the packaging.

I tried to buy the Belling 923 online from another supplier, which was not a good experience. I have had no such problems with appliance City, did have a slight delay in arriving and did have to pay a little extra for a quicker delivery, but overall not bad!
