After initial confirmation of order via email no other communication was received until a phone call to arrange delivery was made. Order was promt and delivery people helpful. Cannot fault any part of the order to delivery process.

THe price was second best but the feedback on Appliance City was enough to make us decide to try them. The order went in smoothly on Wed and we expected delivery within 7 - 10 days. Our previous order with Shop.com was cancelled after 3 weeks as they failed to find any stock despite the web site saying that there was stock. We called Appliance City on the Monday and were pleased to talk to a human! It was arranged for the next day and sure enough it turned up at 7:10pm. All in good order and it works well. We would recommend Appliance City and will use them again

very straightforward to make order and order confirmed almost immediately. In terms of delivery did feel it was limited in terms of delivery slots as before I had confirmed delivery date was OK, the appliance was already on a truck to head to York. Difficult when you work full time when the delivery slot was not that flexible

Delivery was slightly delayed 7 days instead of promised 5, but otherwise no problem. Slight defect with cooker was cleared up very efficiently by Appliance City who contacted Cannon for me and arranged supply of replacement parts. Very satisfacory transaction at an unbeatable price.

Excellent. Received Courtesy call advising of delivery day. Time was specified within a 3 hour window and this was met! Very impressed indeed.

Delivery took longer than I was first led to believe by the website. When it then arrived I missed the delivery and then there were more delays in trying to redeliver it mainly caused by notes not being updated after my phone calls.

The Fridge Freezer was delivered promptly and installed in place by the delivery men. There was a small dent on one of the doors which I reported to the supplier by e-mail to their customer service address. The fridge freezer was well packed but due to it's large size I can understand that a dent in the door could occur due to the fact it was difficult to maneouvre. A replacement door was delivered to me promptly and without the need to contact the company again. Excellent service and replacement of the damaged door, I would use Appliance City again withut reservation.

Ordered online and I was advised fairly promptly that an AEG microwave was not available and was not likely to be available for at least 4 weeks. Time passed (4 weeks) and customer services then informed me that the microwave was still not available. I then cancelled the order and decided to change supplier. Customer Care was good throughout, but delivery of the 'IN STOCK' item was not forthcoming, shame really as they did care!

I was amazed at the speed from start to finish! The ordering only took a few moments and the appliance was delivered within 4 days. Exceptional service.

The delivery time was very precise with the courier ringing two hours before delivery, which meant I didn't have to sit in waiting all day!

All very smooth and easy, and a really nice piece of kit. My sole quibble would be that the gas cooker did not come with the connecting pipe. While I now understand this to be standard, it would have been good to have this information on the website.

Problems with supplying the oven but they did let me know and offered me alternative if I didnt want to wait. Kept in touch and contacted me with update when they said they would. Delivered on the day and at the time they advised. Havent yet unpacked and checked product.

Product very cheap but out of stock and having to wait

The product itself was fine and the on-line shopping was easy. The product arrived in a short time too. The only problem I found was that when it was delivered, one man came and I was told he could not take it futher than the doorstep. My husband phoned your company and the person he spoke to did not seem to care and said I should have read the terms and conditions. If this is the case, I feel that the delivery conditions should be set out more clearly as this situation is easy to miss. As I am disabled and my husband is not strong you can understand the problem we had with the purchased item being so large.
