In the past i have always considered buying anything online as a risky option and have therefore purchased everything from High Street shops. We recently needed a new diswasher, and after visiting all the usual big named shops, decided to look online. We were amazed to see the potential savings and after reading previous buyers reviews decided to place an order with Appliance City. The whole experience has been very pleasant, the dish washer arrived ontime and in good condition, in fact it is running as we speak. I would not hesitate to purchase further items from Appliance City and will certainly recommend them to my friends.

I ordered a CDA CD9000 range cooker and wanted a delayed delivery of 2 weeks.They took a deposit and phoned me on the Friday of the week before delivery to confirm all was in place.It was delivered at 10.30 Monday morning.Super service!!!

Order made - delivery promised 5 - 7 days , it turned up after 3!!!! Most impressed.

I orderd my cooker on the 14/11/2004 it is now 29/11/2004 and I am still waiting for confirmation of a delivery date

First class experience to date - I asked for a delayed delivery therefore I am unable to comment on delivery or quality of goods received. I only entered 'no' as there is not a 'n/a' for condition of product(s)on receipt.

Customer service was friendly, delivery was shoddy. Deleivery was meant to be between 9-1. Arrived at 1.00. Unpleaseant deliverer - we expected the cooker to be taken into the kitchen, he left it on the pavement outside and told us this was not the arrangement, when I asked if we could borrow his trolley to takwe it in, he refused and told us he only had 10 minutes per delivery.

Incredibly quick service. We emailed our order on Sunday night, received phone call Monday afternoon saying delivery would take place on Tuesday between 1100 and 1300. Product delivered 1220 on Tuesday. 10/10 excellent!

Very good service washer arived on time in exellent condition at a unbeatable priceof £349 our kitchen suppliers quoted £600 !!!!!

I ordered a Samsung American Fridge Freezer. As I wanted specific delivery dates due to my kitchen being rebuilt I telephoned the order. Richard was very helpful. As I wanted delivery a couple of weeks ahead I was only charged a deposit with the balance collected when goods were shipped. I was given the number of the delivery agent and was able to discuss delivery dates with them, then phoned a couple of days before to confirm time slot. Courteous and helpful staff throughout and very good value.

Very good customer service,telephoned to tell me that the product had been sent to a courier and that they would call me to arrange delivery time which is what happened. Very immpressed

The second time we've purchased equipment from Appliance City with the same excellent price, service and delivery. A little more warning before delivery the next day would help but with delivery within a week, I can't complain really. Always recommended to others! Thanks, Glenn

Have not recieved ordered item as yet. Was to be delivered early this week, week commencing 18/10/04. Now promised next week. Item was listed as being in stock when ordered. Will have to consider very seriously if we make a purchase with this merchant in future.

My order was very efficiently handled although it took longer to arrive than I expected and it was almost impossible to track the order on the website. It took ages for my code number to be recognised and when it was no change to the progress of my order was shown. I ended up having to phone and enquire when my machine would be delivered.

The purchasing process was simple and quite acceptable. I was informed that the order had been received and was being processed but after that heard no more, until contacted by the delivery firm the night before delivery was to take place. This required me to take time off work at very short notice, something I was able to do but others could not possibly. The item arrived before the expected time, which was fine. If communication had been better, the experience would have been excellent.

almost the cheapest price, but as they were able to provide in time and seemed a well based company (with showroom) they seemed a good option. Quoted 7-10 days on Smeg FAB32 f/f (which i think is slower than their other suppliers) They were very helpful when supplier had problems with my order which did delay things, however when they got it to their warehouse they arranged delivery for next morning and it arrived in the 9am - 11am timeslot, just over the 10 days quoted so pretty good there. Delivery man could have been more helpfull - left in the middle of lounge floor, but I understand the legal side of not helping remove it from the box so that it will fit through a narrow doorway. Good online experience too - so, considering the glitches they handled them well and i'm very impressed.

Best price, good service, but delivered my cooker a the week after that promised when I made the order. I think they wait until they have enough orders to fill a van for the specific delivery run.

Ordered an LG Amercian Style fridge-freezer. It was actually in stock (unlike other websites) at an excellent price, good customer service & delivery as requested (and on time).

Purchased a Rangemaster range cooker from this company, was told delivery would be 2/3 weeks (worse case scenario) and recieved a call 10 days later to inform me of arrival. As I was desparate for the cooker they delivered it 2 days later, courtious delivery service, knowledgable sales staff & great price - Highly recommended!
