Very easy to navigate site, wish there were more sympathy cards to choose from. My cousin said the flowers were beautiful and so many they split into two smaller vases. After submitting my order for delivery on the 9th April 2010, I emailed and asked for the flowers to be delivered on the 6th if possible and they were delivered on the 7th. Not bad going as it was a delivery in East Germay. Very impressed with this company and used it because I have received beautiful flowers myself from them. I am a fan of Arena flowers. My one slight disappointment relating to this order was that I understood that the flowers would be delivered in a square glass vase, but they were in a tall glass vase, not usable as a table centre. They still looked good, but I was trying to replicate a gift that I had recently received and these were different. The quality of the flowers was, though, very good.
