Would only order again once I had feedback from receipiant, delivery due today so do not know if received yet. I did have a lot of problems filling in the information for credit card, would not accept and I had to change the text to html before it would work, it would have been helpful to have known this beforehand. I didn't find the website worked as well as I had hoped. Could not fill in about condition as have no idea if received but needed to say yes or no.

The technology was in place to keep me up to date on my order progress, except that the delivery driver did not use it, and i had to chase the store to see where my order was. As flowers are a highly emotive product, you can imagine my concern. I would use this merchant again, but would not put much faith in their delivery promises. Otherwise, customer service was good. The lady on the phone was polite and responsive.

Such an easy way to send gifts - I love Arena Flowers and I love the fact I get a text message to let me know that everything has been safely delivered. Takes away the worry of not knowing!

It was excellent, prompt communication at every stage of the order i.e confirming receipt of order and delivery date and text that flowers had been delivered as agreed. According to the recipient of the flowers they were fabulous! I will definitely use this florist again

I ordered the flowers from Arena Flowers to be delivered to my 95 year-old aunt on her birthday. I received confirmation of my order and confirmation that the flowers had been delivered. They were delivered on time and I was informed by my aunt that the flowers were lovely, very fresh and lasted for a few weeks. I am very satisfied.

First class website, first class service, well thought out site and easy and quick to use and at no time did the first price change, would use again and have suggested that others do to!

Have used this company many times over a few years, and only once did they let me down, but this wasnt really their fault, more to do with their suppliers. Overall cannot complain at all.

Ordering was very efficient and an alternative delivery point was very acceptable as this was for a family member and could not be sure if they would be at home to accept delivery. Delivered early in the slot allocation and thought being advised when delivered and at what time excellent.

You take a chance when you order on-line but both times I have ordered flowers {I live in Canada} for my sister in England they have been up to expectation and lasted well.
