The web site is really people friendly - excellent service. Flowers delivered on time and very nice. Loved getting an e mail when they were delivered. All told everything just how you wish other firms conducted their services!

Ordering and delivery were fine, and the flowers looked great when they were delivered. However they were dead within a week despite having been treated according to instructions. Arena were unwilling to pursue with the agent who delivered but offered 15% discount on next order. With lifespan this short I won't be using them again - there are plenty of other suppliers who deliver a better product than this.

I ordered flowers a week before Valentine's Day. I promptly received an e-mail confirmation. I paid with Paypal. At the end of Valentine's Day, Paypal told me my money had been returned. I was not contacted by Arena Flowers until 15 February. They just said they couldn't find a florist. I called them at 3:30PM to find out why they didn't inform me earlier. After a phone queue for 30 minutes, I was disconnected. The office closed the phone now said. It was 4PM an

I purchased on the strength of their customer feedback shown on their website. There was an error in the booking form which meant they tried to deliver the flowers to the wrong flat. They did not contact me or the recipient to say that they had been unable to deliver. I had no email about a tracking system so I had to phone the day after the delivery was due to find out where the flowers were. I was told they would be delivered to the correct address on Monday but they weren't. I called again on Tuesday and was told I had to pay more money if I wanted fresh flowers delivered (as the original order should have been delivered 3 days previous). This is poor customer service and I was most upset at this suggestion. The recipient of the flowers called today to say she received them but they were delivered (AGAIN) to the wrong flat number!! The bouquet should have been full of Iris flower but she said there were only about 3 or 4 Iris in the arrangement. I will never use this company again and I will tell everyone to avoid them. What a shame!

I ordered flowers for two Aunts and a cousin.I was told the flowers were amazing and gorgeous.They were very pleased,so i was too.After a bad experience before with having flowers delivered i was nervous,as i had no choice but to send them in this way i did.I would definitely use Arena flowers again in the future.

My friend was very pleased with the flowers I sent. Just for you information,Whilst placing my order I had the ption to add a Birthday card to accompany the flowers but the online order would not upload the card purchase onto my total bill.

Overall excellent experience. Flowers were sent as gifts to another country so I do not know what they were like, other than having a positive response from the recipient.

Used them in the past. Excellent service every time. For instance, in September this year, I was arranging to have flowers and wine sent to a friend's 70th birthday. All arranged as per date and time of arrival, my friend then wanted a different date. No problem said Arena. Then friend wanted it changed again. Arena was excellent at accepting all this at quite short notice. Flowers arrived at exactly the right time and were beautiful. Wine very acceptable too.

Poor The flowers did not arrive at the time they said - it was very late in the evening having been expected between 8am 1pm so did not arrive in time for the party . The flowers were not in water , had suffered damage and were already going brown round the edges

Arena flowers website is tidy and easy to use. I received a very sensitive and personal response when the person the order was for died after the order was placed, but before delivery. Arena flowers sympathetically and efficiently re-routed my order and kept me fully informed.

Chose a florist near my sisters hoping for a quick delivery. sadly I was wrong. Arena flowers even though I asked for a florist near my sister wasn'nt. Would not use them again even though my sister said they were lovely.
