I have ordered flowers fron Arena on several occassions and have been plesaed with the service. I like it that I am informed of the actual time of delivery. I did get to see the flowers on the day they were delivered. I had ordered the standard bunch instead of deluxe bunch and was initially disapointed as I thought there didnt look many flowers. However, some were still in bud and I would prefer that they were in bud as it means they should last longer. My Mum, was delighted with them which was the main thing.

THe flowers arrived on time, well packaged. They were just as expected. The website is easy to use and I will definitely be using them again.

I have used ArenaFlowers before and found their service excellent. This time, i realised after i had completed my order that i had forgotten to provide a message for the card i had also paid for. i send an email to customer service, but i never received a reply so i don't know if the message was actually added to the card or not and therefore if the recipients know they were from me. Disappointed after such good service in the past.

Absolutely terrible. Would never deal with them again. If I had seen the reviews of this florist I would never have dealt with them. So many people seem to have bad experiences with them. They should be reported to the trading standards office.

the only comment I would make is that your system says that you will send an email when item is delivered. As yet I have not received the email, but I have heard from the recipient that they have arrived.

Purchase has always been of high standard, and any alteration to the order has always been deal with quickly and correctly.

This is the first time that I have ordered for someone else. The flowers are not due to arrive until next week. My son has sent flowers for me from Arena Flowers on three occasions, and I have always been extremely happy with the flowers; in quality, originality, quantity, presentation, freshness, longevity etc As my son said, the website is user friendly, which is very helpful.

Ordered flowers for a birthday to arrive the 10th... didn't arrive until the 11th. I have no idea how much money in US dollars was charged to my card. I could not find their conversion policy... it would have been nice to know the actual charge (still don't know, I guess when my credit card statement comes I'll know). Website was easy to use and had a nice feel to it, I would use them again

I have always found Arena Flowers customer friendly - they do an excellent job of accomodating overseas customers and they deliver on time and the purchase always arrives in top notch condition to the satisfaction of the recepients. The flowers were absolute fantastic and my girlfriend didn?t stop talking about them all weekend. I now know I can only buy flowers from ArenaFlowers as nothing else will be as good and the bar is set very high. My girlfriend commented on all the other girls mailed there husbands and boyfriends when they saw them in the office. I didn?t believe her but when we were out later that evening, several people commented on how nice they turned heads (ladies heads) in the bar. Who would have thought flowers would have such a positive effect? Keep up the good work, no other florist comes close to your quality and customer service.
