Flowers were A birthday gift to my Daughter who lives in LOndon. (I live in Australia). She said the flowers were beautiful and delivered on the correct day. I was very happy with this service and will definately use Arena again

Spent a long time researching flowers to be sent in UK - ordering from Australia. Arena was the most organised and well presented website by far. Free delivery of items and inclusion of a vase sealed the deal. Would love to see fruit baskets included as had to go elsewhere for those! Thanks

I live in Canada and needed to send flowers to my brother in UK for his 65th birthday. Arena's website is consumer friendly to view and purchase. Had to then change date of delivery by telephone. Very efficientgirl handled the change and sent me an immediate email confirming it. Great service.

I have received a call from the recipient, a friend of mine who has been ill for a while now, and she was particularly impressed with the size of the box! Joking apart, she raved about the quality, the perfume and the variety of flowers in the bouquet. I have used florists in the past who have lost mediocre products that cost a fortune. Arena was excellent in quality and service. I shall definitely use them again.

In a nutshell, the service was for once what it claimed to be. you order you get and you know all the way.

im a reg cust as i send my fiance flowers every however this time ive still had no confirmation they were delivered - i mailed the night b4 delivery to advise she was off work and to deliver to home 5 mins from original address given this didnt happen - hence she hasnt had flowers but they were delivered to her work a day late and she hasnt got them this isnt the normal service normally there service is 1st class im very disappointed

There service was fine but I was a little disappointed that when I requested that the present be delivered early in the morning the following day that the delivery did not arrive until after 2pm - i had spoked to a staff member. This was a little frustrating as I had originally hoped for the delivery to have been on the same day and missed the 3pm online cut off by 5-10 mins because it took so long to complete the online form - this was becasue the form defaulted to inserting 2 items not one and when I went back through the screens all my information was lost (not saved) and required that i re-type the information for a secon time. I would also like to suggest that while I congradulate you on seeing client feedback I think your surveys limit the amount of information you gain due to Y/N answers and also some of the questions do not apply to all customers yet they are forced to make an answer - this will skew the information you recieve without permitting people to indicate that this does not apply to them (e.g. Q 3 - this was also the case on the earlier survey sent out). Just food for thought give my background is in research.
