Have used this company many times over a few years, and only once did they let me down, but this wasnt really their fault, more to do with their suppliers. Overall cannot complain at all.

I have not seen flowers and toy but my friend was very pleased said they were left at neighbours card put through door. Good condition packed very well in box with lovely paper.

Ordering was very efficient and an alternative delivery point was very acceptable as this was for a family member and could not be sure if they would be at home to accept delivery. Delivered early in the slot allocation and thought being advised when delivered and at what time excellent.

This was the best on-line flower ordering, delivery and tracking I have experienced.

You take a chance when you order on-line but both times I have ordered flowers {I live in Canada} for my sister in England they have been up to expectation and lasted well.

Ok. website a bit over-elaborate

I wanted to send long stem red roses, and instead got regular roses. Good quality, but not long stem. I had opted for the deluxe package in order to get long stems, but the website did not specify that they would not be long stem, or that the merchant does not offer long stems. I had used the merchant before and was happy, but this time I am very disappointed.

Beautiful flower arrangement delivered promptly as ordered, but this ONLINE merchant did not respond to my complaint that it accepts American Express card orders BY TELEPHONE ONLY!!! I pointed out that this completely negates the usefulness of internet shopping and that I have never had card security issues from online shopping. Good service but a stupid credit card policy.

Whilst ordering was easy, the flowers were not delivered on the day I requested.

It would help if you coded products so that a buyer could write down what he wanted instead of trawling through it all again when he has decided. Found the flowers a bit pricey but otherwise a very good service.

Fantastic to deal with, I feel a little nervous ordering flowers for delivery from New Zealand, given I don't know the UK at all and so was not familiar with the area codes. This website made it all very easy and answered all my questions.! Thanks

Recipients of flowers highly delighted. Balloon in box with chocolates, unfortunately they scrapped box not realising chocolates were underneath. After 'phone call managed to save them. Think some indication should be shown.

This is one of the best web sites I have seen. The service is also excellent. (A small imperfection arose in my last order in that I understand some of the flowers were not in good condition. My understanding is that the issue was propmptly resolved). Generally, I like to shop at this well-designed site and will continue to do so in the future.

I've used Arena twice, both times to buy flowers for my Mum. Each time she's loved the bouquet, the size and quality of the flowers are worth the money. This time the order arrived nearer 7pm which was a bit disappointing as the flowers were going to be a surprise for her birthday and when I'd heard nothing from her by 6.15pm I called to check if she'd had them...ruining the surprise. They arrived about half an hour later. Still lovely of course, but a bit late. I'll still use you but it may be something to bring up with your delivery people.
