Bright,very well organised website. Good range of flowers. Easy on line orders for U.K. or overseas delivery. Confirmation of delivery to recipient. Very efficient. Not the cheapest, but probably the best.

I shop by remote control from Australia. This is not the first time. I have had excellent service and co-operation on each occasion. I will continue to shop at Arena.

Customer Service:- They dont know the meaning of the word.

Customer service is terrible...my mother has cancer in hospital abroad.....the flowers did not get their...and an employee told me...My mothers cancer was not their problem!! Seven hours to get someone from customer services to call back...and the MD of this company not much better...so how can he expect his staff to be?

I use ArenaFlowers to send flowers to family in New Zealand and have never been disappointed with their service. Just as important is that their website is just so easy to navigate through, the photographs of the choices are excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased flowers and a birthday balloon for my niece, to be delivered on saturday in the uk. I bought online as I live in Australia, the only down side was I missed the greeting message, I then phoned the number given where a very helpful young lady took my greeting message and put it with my order, I will shop this way again as everything went to plan. thank you

I don't know first hand how the flowers were when received so I can't evaluate #2 but the efficiency of the website purchase was really appreciated as well as the follow up email saying that the flowers were received. Well done!

I ordered from Australia for a London delivery, without any knowledge of the supplier, but the website looked good. The flowers were delivered the same day. Excellent service. But please make the web ordering font larger (ie for name, address etc) as it is just readable. ArenaFlowers highly recommended.
