Shopping experience with Beauty Flash is always very good: - product site lay out is clear and intuitive - product descriptions are clear - checkout process is good - delivery of items always prompt Suggestion: I have been using Beauty Flash as my only source of Dermalogica product since 2006 and while the pricing is good, I would have liked to see some reward for customer loyalty i.e. points/rewards program to encourage repeat customers.

Delivery turned up damaged but I emailed them and it was replaced the next day with stamp addressed env for me so send damaged one back - very pleased.
