Easy to use website, excellent delivery experiences so far. Like the fact that postage is free if spend over certain amount. Free psotage for a smaller spend would be even better I suppose but reasonable minimum orde, not been a problem to spend that much so far!

Plus points : * they give you the option of having your order sent by courier or Royal Mail; * the order was sent in several small packets, so that each was within the postal insurance limits; * a large cylinder product was sent in a protective tube, within the package itself (which I have never had before and I have ordered Dermalogica products from several online suppliers); * they offer you a Dermalogica sample for each product that you have ordered and you can choose which ones you want (you can also just request samples from them even if you are not ordering); * they guarantee that they are the best value : if you find a cheaper site they will refund more than the difference. I did find some of the products that I ordered slightly cheaper elsewhere online and they did refund the difference and more. Minus points : * only three of the packages arrived the first day; the last package took a further two working days, but this is probably down to the Royal Mail, not to Beauty Flash * given that they now know that they are not the cheapest supplier for some of the products that I ordered it would be nice to see them reduce their prices to match; last time I checked on the website they had not done this. Overall - very impressed and I will check them out next time that I order. It would be nice to know however that I did not have to surf around looking for cheaper prices and I could rely on them to be the cheapest.
