Was surprised at how quickly the order was processed from making initial order to receipt. Very impressed.

Description of item on website is misleading. Ordered black shields so they wouldn't show inside suit jackets, however the shields are only black on the side WITH adhesive, and white on the side that actually shows. Complained to customer service, who basically told me I was wrong and refused to refund money or accept a return since I had opened the product (nevermind that I had to open the packet to see that one side was white). Very unhappy with my experience and will never shop there again.

Although the product is brilliant and I am incredibly glad I found it after suffering with excess perspiration for years, I was left disheartened by the company itself after a blunder regarding delivery. I had to wait almost two weeks for my goods to arrive and this was put down to a warehouse move. Such a move I am positive would have had to have been planned in advance, therefore there is no excuse for the company not letting me know that this move would cause a delay in me receiving what I had ordered. Even a generic email to me upon ordering or a message placed on the website informing customers of possible delays would have sufficed. I received/found neither. I was only informed of the reason for the delay upon asking. Though the response was clear and polite (although only mildly apologetic), in my opinion, this was a display of poor customer service, as I would not have minded the wait if only I had been informed.

I got my order in time but seems to have marked/damaged my skin and has left marks on my face which have not gone away but i'm being pateint and will give it a few more days. but it does remove the hair but also leaves a mark!!
