Very easy to buy a product I have had difficulty in locating on the High Street.

customer service very good, price excellent, delivery dreadful. The delivery agent that was used just dumped my packege over the garden wall. My husband found it out by the dustbin. If we had not been putting the bins out we woulld not have found it - not even a note through the door......................... So cheap smells - change your delivery agent and your service would be perfect.I would rather pay more than 95p for delivery if I could guarantee that my package would be actually delivered and not abandoned.

Order was processed quickly. I received the goods in good condition. I would deffinately come back but i would recommend to widen the choice of products.

Product was ordered over the weekend and was shipped on the Monday by Standard Mail and arrived on the Thursday, to Mainland UK This is amazing as it came from the Channel islands and I did not specify express delivery. Consequently did not have the time to progress the order or contact the merchant to enquire the progress the order Even more amazing the Monday of despatch was probably their busiest, as Valentines day was only 3 days away . Human nature, always leaves things to the last minute!!
