This was the first time I had used Cloggs.co.uk.I found every aspect of the ordering process easy. To sum up an excellent service from start to finish.

Excellent! My order arrived quickly and safely - I feel confident enough to recommend them to my friends and family.

Product advertised on web site but actually out of stock. Email sent promptly to inform me and offered a discount on an alternative order. Despite intial diappointment/ frustration, excellent customer service.

Repeatly claim to have goods in stock when they dont

Very good choice of product, let themselves down slightly by not informing me of the product being out of stock. However, more than made up for this with their offer of 5% discount from the order which has now been fulfilled. I'm very happy with the product and will definitely be using Cloggs.co.uk again.

Goods arrived within a couple of days - very efficient no complaints whatsoever apart from finding the item I wanted initially - thought it wasnt there but turned out to be in miscellaneous items not under brand name so could not find pure chance I finally found but once found the whole process was simple and efficient.

I ordered some shoes. they arrived and were too big, but also there was a mark on the toe of the left shoe. I phoned up to send them back, and they were quite unhelpful. I asked what other colours the shoe came in and they were quite vague. I would have been happy to exchange rather than refund, but the woman was so unhelpful, I decided to just get a refund. I sent the shoes back, and emailed to ask if they had had them back. The woman said no, despite the fact I had recieved information from Parcelforce saying they had recieved it 2 days earlier!

Good informative website. Kept notified of order progress, despatch and tracking info OK, and delivered as promised. Only comment is that some of the info on order processing on the website didn't quite match up with the then current system (eg how tracking info is provided) - but the website has since been revamped and so is now probably OK!

Items arrived in good time and in good condition. Have already recommmended the site to friends and colleagues.

WHEN I MADE THE ORDER THE CROC'S WHERE IN STOCK..ONLY TO BE TOLD VIA E-AMIL THEY WHERE NOT AND THEY HAD BEEN PUT ON BACKORDER..NO GOOD WHEN YOUR WAITING FOR THEM FOR HOLIDAY!!! VERY POOR IF THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK THEN THAT'S EXACTLEY WHAT THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE..NOT IN STOCK AND STILL NOT AVAILABLE....DISSOPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST

My order was placed on Back order for 2 weeks. When I rang to see when it was due, 2 weeks later, i was told it wouldnt be coming at all as Dr Martens dont produce these boots any more. Why was I not told sooner? How come Cloggs.co.uk even have them on their website?! Rubbish service. Wont use them again.
