I'm often on the lookout for footwear, particularly swear and new rocks, but what would be nice is more info about the lining/sock,upper as to what materials are used Generally shopping at Cloggs is fab!

I placed an order via website, but mistakenly ordered too longer leg. I immediately rang their customer service which was PREMIUM RATE. I explained I needed a shorter leg & they said OK.(I emailed the alteration as well) The next day the wrong size arrived,(even though I had corrected it). They sent the correct size but all the button holes were sewn too small & wouldn't do up, I sent them backl as faulty but they would only refund the cost of Jeans & not the £3.38 recorded delivery charge. I'm out of pocket & not happy

Overall I thought it was very good. Their (Cloggs.co.uk) level of service was how it should be. I thought the website was well designed (especially when compared against others of the type), prices were competitive, delivery was punctual and the goods were what I ordered and in an acceptable condition. As a constructive criticism there wasn't a customer name put onto the delivery note. Their standard was so high in all other areas that this was a glaring (and obvious) deficiency. However as the final acid test I would quite happily recommend this company to others.

I recieved my new rock boots 5 working days after I made the order. AND I'm a norwegian, so processing and shipping of product was very fast. That's excellent customer service.

Jeans did not fit, were very small in size as I had tried these on in a shop to ensure they fitted. I paid extra money for fast delivery, they arrived after 1 week, I do not call this fast.

The item had not arrived after two weeks and when I went to track the order, it said that they were on back order. I phoned them to ask how long delivery was going to be as they were supposed to be a birthday present. I was then told that the jeans had been discontinued, therefore, they would not be getting any more in, in the future. I was extremely annoyed because forst of all they should not be advertised on the website if they no longer exist, and secondly, the fact the did not even have the courtesy to send me an email to tell me they had been discontinued.

Good, well laid out product line and easy to register and order. Goods despatched next day. Slight delay due to Parcel Force not knowing the address ( despite deliveries there every day !! ). However, when I talked to Cloggs customer support, they very quickly identified the holdup and gave me telephone numbers and order codes to quickly track and arrange redelivery of the package. Definately consider them in the future.
