I went for this retailer not because they were the cheapest (qed were cheaper but reviews put me off). Ordering of Siemens fridge freezer very simple. Excellent customer support. Order confirmed on Wed and product delivered on Sat. The delivery firm even tried to give us another one the following Sat. How good is that?!

We have just had a most frustrating experience with COOP. We ordered a Miele S571 vacuum cleaner. The ordering process was fine and a quick delivery date was arranged so I arranged to be in. One day before delivery I received an e-mail to say there was a query on my card for payment and was asked to ring their number .[No other supplier has had any problems with my card.] I was placed in a queue and had to give up after 30 mins in position 1 in queue. Today I rang again ,and gave up in total frustration after 70 mins in queue. I will never use them again!!

Excellent Service, will certainly use the Coop again even if they are a little more than some of the others. Ordered Servis Washer Dryer - no problems. Delivery within a few days arranged on day we wanted. Delivered on time in perfect condition and old goods taken away. No hassle for my wife as 2 men delivered. Liked the idea of using a company I know existed and I could go to offices if I ended up having a problem. Great experience.

Couldn't get the online ordering to work, but telephone sales very helpful, informative and professional. The price was fifth from best but the delivery team arrived when they said they would and gave me good time to check the goods before signing. They even carried the washing machine over our new hardwood flooring! Top marks all round.

Having decided on the bosch tumble dryer, I found Co-op to offer second best price, but easiest ordering online, good product info, but most importantly the best choice and info regarding delivery aswell as reliable secure payment procedures. Order placed Wed night, saturday delivery offered at no extra cost, order tracking confirmed a morning delivery slot between 7am & 12pm. Received a checkup phonecall at 7am Sat. and delivery received at 7:10am. Professional service, excellent value, great product. Speedy delivery. Could not wish for more.

But for the fact that their website threw a wobbly, forcing me to oorder by phone, I'd have given them 5/5. As it was, the salesman was friendly and efficient; the price for my Miele vaccuum cleaner was very good and the goods came on the day specified. I'd recommend them.

Great service and great price. They delivered on a day that suited me and the day before delivery were able to tell me the machine would be delivered in the morning. Arrived at 8.05am and the machine was unpacked and checked by 8.10am. Friendly, professional delivery people. Would definitely use this service again.

Ordered a Dyson DC14 for delivery in 2 days. Not quite the cheapest, but went by overall ratings. Glitch on their system (affecting all orders) meant it was delivered in 5 days. I was keep informed and financially not disadvantaged. Got courrier to unpack - as instructed. Great company to deal with.

Ordered a Bosch WTL6106 tumble dryer on 31/1/2005 and arranged for delivery to be on Monday 7/2. Checked online the day before for delivery time slot as instructed and was pleased to see am delivery. Monday 7/2 I received a phone call to say they were 10 miles away, by 7.45am it was delivered, unpacked, in place and in use - good start to the week. It was easy to order online, everything went according to plan and it was alot cheaper than the price I was originally going to pay. Will definately recommend.

ordered a seperate bosch fridge and freezer by telephone,each time i spoke to staff they were efficient and polite.delivery of goods went to plan and on schedule.after unpacking it was found that one of the adjustable feet on the freezer was broken,contacting the courier firm proved frustrating and hopeless however on my first call to coop electrical an employee took

Paid around £20 for a Saturday morning delivery. Confirmation of order said Saturday - all day. Queried it and was told it would be delivered during the morning. It wasn't - neither was it delivered on Saturday.. even though stayed in all day. They tried to deliver it on Monday morning.... when I was out and even though spoke to Co-op they could not confirm that their carriers would deliver it when I was in! Co-op OK to deal with but carriers are a law unto themselves. Cancelled order. Suggest caution for anyone who isn't at home all day and every day.

Ordered a Bosch 6106 Dryer from Coop online on Sunday. Given a delivery date of Thursday, received a phone call on Monday asking if it was convenient to deliver Tuesday am. Dryer in and working by 10.30 am Tuesday. Delivery men having unpacked the appliance for my inspection. Very prompt service. and cheapest on line.

If only all web shopping could be as good as this! I ordered my Bosch Washing Machine from Co-op Electrical Store on the Sunday and they quoted delivery for the following Thursday. They were the only provider to have my chosen model in stock. The price was good, the delivery was bang on time, the delivery team were polite and helpful, and they even took away my old machine for just 10 quid - what a bargain! Match that if you can, Currys and Comet - because Co-op are miles ahead of you!!

Ordered my Bosch Fridge and Freezer, however bottom edge missing from one and damaged on other, Bosch sent me replacements immediately, excellent service from delivery men. Would buy from Co Op On line again, probably wouldn't choose Bosch Fridge Freezer again, quality not very good on Silver finish, magnets on door of fridge very poor. Cannot rely on it closing correctly without being slammed. Bottom facia comes off too easily. Many thanks Co Op Staff for friendly help and advice!

I ordered a Bosch washing machine on Thursday and received it on Tuesday. Having received such a good service I then ordered a Cannon cooker at 8.30am on a Tuesday and received it by Friday even though I had given incorrect details in my haste. I received a phone call to confirm the correct details from very helpful staff. Both delivery teams were smashing. Am now about to order a dishwasher. Well done the Co-op.

Ordered a JVC television on Saturday by phone. Very helpful and knowledgable member of staff took my order which was confirmed by email. I could have had the TV by Tuesday, but elected for Wednesday delivery and it arrived as promised. Delighted with the TV and also that I saved quite a lot buying from them. Will certainly purchase from them in the future.

Co- op provided the best deal and best service. Item recieved on time and in working order! will use again. But I did have trouble ordering over a network, wouldn't go to confirmation page. But no probs from the hub machine, just in case anyone else has same hassle.

Washing machine broke down Saturday 4th Dec. Ordered new Bosch washing machine on Sunday 5th (lunchtime)> Delivered 7.00am Tuesday 7th as prommised. Excelent service just when we needed it!!

Our washing machine broke down, a big problem for a residential care home. Ordered a Bosch washer on Tuesday 9th. No high hopes for quick delivery to the wilds of Wales, but it was installed and working by Friday 12th! I am amazed and grateful, also for the two friendly fellows who delivered it without a hitch.

A dreadful experience with Coop electrical all centered on their poor communication processes. Delivery date not advised so old machine not disconnected. Delivery people wouldn't have taken it anyway as it was not booked with them even though we had paid for the privelege. Machine still sitting outside annoying neighbours...

Ordered Bosch washer on monday and had it on wednesday morning. Good follow up, telephone and e-mail confirming order & delivery date. Would certainly use again.

Ordered a washing machine WF645A on sunday night on the site and got a call on monday that my machine will be delivered tuesday morning..first thing tuesday morning my machine was in my kitchen. this is the best i have come across,will recommend it to anybody..fantastic.

Very helpful service and a good price. The Bosch freezer was delivered late because the lorry broke down, however the driver was very apologetic and did his best to recover the situation. Unfortunately the freezer was damaged as delivered. The replacement arrived on time.

Having just bought a Bosch WTL6106 Tumble Dryer from the Co-op. What an excellent company to deal with! All aspects of ordering were brilliant, staff polite and helpful, lots of information regarding my delivery, arrived on time after being given a delivery slot and best of all the price was one of the most competative, even inclusive of delivery charge. Will be contacting Co-op for my next electrical item. What a refreshing change, thank you!

I ordered a washing machine and had the worst experience to-date with internet orders placed over the last few years. You are not able to enter a different delivery address at the time of order and have to ring their sales office with the information. Having done so I was promised a call back on my works number that I had just given them. They tried to call me at home. Then I received the order aknowledgement that did not show my company name. So I had to contact them again. The next acknowledgement was correct but on the day of delivery what happened? yes they tried to deliver it to my home! So more calls to the office and more promises of returned calls that didn't materialise. Eventually received my order and thankfully the goods are fine.

I would definitely use Coop online again. I had a query about a Bosch tumble dryer so had to phone them. They were very helpful and ended up taking the order over the phone - on a Thurs night - and the tumble dryer was delivered first thing the following Monday morning. The delivery guys were very friendly and helpful - unpacked it for me and put it in position.
