We found Co- op Electrical Shop while looking for a fridge freezer, after comparing price's with other web-sites, and looking at this web-site, we ordered a Bosch KGU 35114 fridge freezer although the Co-op was not quite the cheapest, it seemed to be better for service if things go wrong. Having decided on the model we ordered on Monday 02/08/04 by phone, the staff were very pleasant and polite and told us it would be arriving Friday 06/08/04 On Thursday afternoon we received a reminder call that it would be arriving as stated. The delivery was made and the appliance was unpacked and checked for damage and positioned where we wanted it to go in the kitchen. I will definitely be recommending and using the Co-op Electrical Shop again.

I paid for a Bosch washing machine and fridge freezer from Comet and later found out that they couldn't supply either of them because of a stock error, so got a refund and went with Co-op. Simon, the helpful chap on the phone, took my order, confirmed that it was in stock and dealt with things very professionally. Delivery was scheduled for the next Tuesday, and Co-op even called me back to say that the delivery would be there between 4 and 5pm - which it was! Excellent service all round yet again.

Ordered a Dyson vacum cleaner. Delivery date given as next day but arrived the day after. Still pretty good arrived within 48 hours of ordering on a standar delivery. Very impressed.

Ordered an unusual fridge. The fridge manufacturer let me down, who were supposed to deliver the goods. Co-op dealt with it very well.

Bought an AEG Favorit 80850 dishwasher. Checked details by phone after reviewing on the web - helpful, efficient ordering. As promised delivery company rang to confirm and delivered to time. If only all internet ordering was this painless.

Very smooth transaction, no problems with delivery (arrived within 2 to 3 days) and received a couple of emails during the process to let me know what was happening. Would use again.

Placed an order online for a Bosch washing machine on Sunday afternoon, rang Monday to find that the computers were down because of a virus, rang again Tuesday and they were still down, Wednesday morning rang to be told it was to be delivered that same afternoon which it duly was.....wonderful what can be done without computers! Fantastic service especially in those circumstances, will definitely use again.

Amazing! I ordered a Dyson on-line very late on a Saturday night and it was delivered on the Tuesday afternoon. Customer support extremely good. Only problem I had was that I didn't receive an order confirmation or any delivery information. Only downfall is that they don't deliver on a Saturday.

I ordered a Bosch top loading washing machine on the Wednesday, received confirmation on the Thursday. Tuesday - phone call from CO-OP at 8.30pm to let me know they would be delivering on the Wednesday (next day). Phone call Wednesday morning, delivered by 9.30am. The 2 delivery gentlemen were excellent at carrying the machine up 2 flights of stairs. Excellent service and at one of the most competitive prices. I thoroughly recommend them.

My request by e-mail for stock situation on a SHARP LCD TV prompted a most helpful early call from the Coop during which I ordered at the lowest price I had found online. Late Tuesday afternoon order resulted in Thursday morning delivery. Excellent service.

Ordered a Bosch dishwasher online on the Tuesday, received acknowledgement of the order the next day, and was told that the order would be delivered on the Friday - which it was. Just 3 days. Only minor grumble is that they wouldn't say morning or afternoon delivery so had to wait in until 3.30 pm - but hey, it was an excellent price, and a good delivery!

Ordered a Bosch washing machine on a Friday evening. Customer services called at 9.30am on Monday to arrange delivery on the following Friday. Delivery staff arrived at 3pm on the Friday...all fine and within a week of ordering. Will use the co-op again if their prices remain as competetive and if customer service is as good as I have experienced this time. No complaints...

Ordered a washing machine and received confirmation. Heard nothing for 2 weeks. I contacted them and was told the order hadn't been processed and would have to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery. They then tried to sell me a more expensive machine. I cancelled my order and will never buy from them again.

Ordered a Bosch SRS43C02 ClassiXX 9 place Dishwasher on Saturday 7th Feb. Acknowledgement of order received, but no confirmation. Phone and told delivery would be on Thursday 12th Feb and to expect a phone call between 8 - 10 am to confirm delivery time. No phone call and no delivery. Phoned Customer Services twice on the Friday to ask when it would be delivered. Item sent by Bosch delivery company and they had attempted delivery but returned to depot. Informed C/S no delivery attempted, however chose to believe delivery company. Arranged for delivery following Thursday. However contacted delivery company direct and they had been given an incorrect postcode and had tried to deliver to an other address. Ordering easy, Customer Service so - so. Delivery very poor. Would possible use again but would check details with Customer Services.

I ordered a Bosch SGS66E08GB dishwasher online but heard nothing after the immediate confirmation e-mail. So I called them after a few days to be told amazingly that the order was not on the system yet! I called again a few days after that to be told the delivery was the very next day! How is that for advance notice. After receiving a call to say the delivery would be on the Saturday morning it actually arrived in the early evening (with no explanation or apology) and after they left I discovered Coop had asked for and then dispatched the wrong item. As I type this one week later, I am waiting for the collection and re-delivery which is running late again with no call to say why or explantion. For such a large company, the web shopping process is shamefully amateurish.

I purchased a Bosch WLO2465GB washing machine (Feb 04) and received helpful, knowledgable,efficient and polite service throughout. This was followed by very prompt delivery. In view of previous experiences with other suppliers, I am delighted. Excellent service.

Ordered dyson late thursday night for delivery monday a.m. (extra £4.99). Received confirmation Friday morning of my requested date & recieved dyson 7.50 a.m. Monday morning. What more can I say - excellent service!!!

Ordered a Servis EasiLogic 1300 washing machine on Sunday. Received e-mail on Tuesday to confirm delivery for the following Tuesday. Goods arrived by 11.00am that day.Excellent service, saved £50 on catalogue price. Would certainly reccommend Co-op Electrical.

Initially it was the phenomenal saving on price of the Dyson DC07 Animal where we saved nearly £100 on my wife's catalogue price. We ordered on Tuesday and selected Friday AM delivery. The goods arrived at 9:45am on Friday and in perfect working condition. The product is pure Dyson - Superb. I do a lot of shopping on the net and have had some bad service but the Co-op Service was exactly what I wanted. I could not fault them.

I have to say I was very impressed by the service given by the co-op. I ordered my Animal Dyson on Monday evening and received it at 11.30am Wednesday morning. I half expected a delay as it was New Years Eve. Incidently product brilliant!!!

Fantastic-ordered siemens american style fridge-arrived on time despite product being of limited availability. Delivery men-best ever-spent over an hour getting it in through door (slight size miscalculation on my part), then connected it up- other delivery men would have given up-not them-and the fridge is great!

ordered a bosch washing machine less than a week before christmas and it arrived the day before christmas eve, as promised. made three phone calls during the process of ordering and got through immediately each time to a clear english voice. delivery time was accurate - even the driver kept us informed. the company is a lot cheaper than all its competitors (even including the delivery charge) highly recommend co-op electrical

Ordered Dyson DC08 Hepa. Great price, on the whole good customer service but badly let down on delivery. Ordered Tues for delivery Thurs. Item returned to the depot 2 days running without attempting to deliver. Sat morning delivery arranged but no sign of it - said afterwards couldn't find address despite having 2 contact numbers. Promised it would arrive Mon before 12.30, finally showed up at 2pm. Offered refund of delivery charge. Chose the Coop because of good customer reviews.
