Very disappointed. When I placed the order the website showed stock available, but I received a phone call the following day to say that there was actually no stock available. I was advised that the item would be delivered within 2-days. Two days later I received an email to say that there was no stock available. I replied to the email asking when/if this item would be delivered and 2-days later I have still had no response to my email. Furthermore, on looking at my account I can see no record of my order, so it must have been cancelled by Comms Express; but I have had no notification of this from them. Very poor indeed.

Comms Express have always been competetive with pricing, have a great website & always helpful over the phone with any special requests. They've never failed to deliver a superb service.

No problem with the patch panels but there were short on stock of the patch leads. I was kept informed at all times as to the progress in getting these leads made up. Excellent customer service.

Very easy to find exactly what I was looking for, very quick turnaround of order, only downside was no automated confirmation email and cost of delivery was the same as the item purchased, would be nice to have a cheaper slower delivery method available. Otherwise I can't fault them.

Very good overall. One minor point. When shopping on the internet an email to confirm the order is automatically sent but this was not the case here. So I had to make a phone call to check they had recieved my order and it had been dispatched. Ironically, as soon as I put the phone own my order arrived! I also felt the delivery cost a little high. Other purchases I have made from other online shops charge a lot less.

Unfortunately the product ordered turned out to not be a stock item as advertised, however Comms Express called before 10am the following day to advise the product was no longer available and so the transaction was cancelled. So really cannot fault their customer service. Shame they didn't have the product as theirs was the best price found after several comparison checks.
