Customer Service was excellent. They do not have an automated order tracking facility but when you call it is easy to speak to customer services and they are very helpful regarding order status.

Order completed on-line; got confirmatory e-mail. Stayed in all day awaiting delivery - nothing. Called Customer service. Very friendly and helpful; promised to get back to me - nothing. Called twice next day - heard about "server crash" - promised to get back to me - nothing. Called today - claimed to have found the order, but needed it all read back to them (glad I did). Gave credit card details again (no complaint about this - most firms don't store these). Promised delivery (now at no charge) tomorrow. If it arrives as promised, I will review my opinion of the firm. Happy to respond again.

Rang twice to check that my order was dispatched, no answer after 20 rings each time on the phone line. If I was ordering by phone I would have rang someone else.

One line item out of some 15 lines was short - an error on picking. 'Phoning Comms Express resulted in an immediate despatch of the missing items and no harm done. What did impress me is that I placed the order around 3pm and had the delivery around 10am the next morning to an isolated location in extreme West Wales. I would definitely use Comms Express again just for the fast service.

Delivery very good, but would like the ability to search for a product by the product code - I knew the code but couldn't find what I wanted easily just by word searching
