Very good ... Only problem was that it wasn't clear on their website that there was no next day delivery for server cabinets even though it took my money for next day delivery

More care needs to be taken when sending out orders. Mine was sent to the wrong address, and was not traced until I phoned to find out why I had not received the goods.

Easy to use site, quick & acurate delivery. 10/10

Overall a good experience. One minor point (and on this occasion it made no difference to me what-so-ever), delivery mentioned 'Next day' and it in fact took two days. Now I could have misread it as I can't check without completeing another order so I may be unfair on this point. Like I said originally, I'm happy with the service I received. Thanks guys!

The right product for the job easily located on a simple web site, company used to dealing with a local authority - ie would accept a purchase order. Ordered and delivered within 24 hours, will definitely look here first next time we need to source comms parts.

Lowest postage too high - there should be a low cost option for Home/home office customers who don't want/need goods yesterday. My postage almost exceeded the cost of the goods

To be fair, I haven't received the order yet, but that was due to a problem between myself and my credit card company. The merchant took the trouble to telephone and when I returned the call I was immediately recognised and had a cordial, indeed friendly, conversation and, having cleared the card problems, expect delivery in due course. I rate such personal service with a smile very highly.

Excellent prices and service

I have been using Comms-Express for a couple of years now, and they always been impeccable. However at the last order I was sent the incorrect merchandise which surprised me.

It's easy: I can usually find the things I need and the goods always turn up the next day. One thing they could consider to improve/extend is to let people log in - ie they need to retain my details so that I can come back and shop again; at least the addresses and optionally (though it is a security issue) the Card Details.

I have used Comms Express 3 times now to purchase network equipment, and it has been a hassle free shopping experience. Thank you Comms Express.
