Service could not have been better. Excellent website found exactly what I wanted quickly, placed order and delivvery was made next day.

Efficient and well organised. Web site is well presented. On the previous order we had a problem with a partial delivery. The after sale support was excellent and the issue promptly addressed.

Very pleased to be contacted by Comms Express to check if an out-of-stock product could be substituted. Although delivered on schedule, it would still be helpful to have an email confirming despatch, and ideally giving tracking information. Web site search could be improved: searching for PCABKIT6-24 finds nothing, although it is a valid item no.

Good delivery information (order before 4.45 for next day delivery) which is key when making a purchasing decision. Helpful staff on the phone, answered without a delay. Correct product arrived in the right place at the right time. Good stuff!

Phoned these guys for a mobile 18U server rack. Gave me advice that reduced the sale of the original rack but needless to say has guarenteed that I go back. I have gone back for another 10 racks with various additions. Excellent service and aftersales.
