Hassle free shopping

Great shopping experience. Only thing I'd add is I live in the USA and it's a UK site and the 'free shipping' said 3-5 business days. After it didn't come on the 5th day I wrote customer service and they said 10 days for USA. That's fine, I got it on the 6th day so it came early for USA expectations. My only thing is I wish that was more clear on the web-site. The customer service via e-mail from this company is exceptional. I am definitely going to shop here again when I purchase my next Barbour coat or something else they have to offer on the site. I also referred the site to a female friend of mine who likes these types of products.

Very good. The declaration took time here in Norway, because they claimed that the description of what was in the packed wasent good enough. I sent them a copi of my order, and then they gave me my boots : )

I hope CountryAttire.com can improve your shortage of size when i try to purchase hunter boots, i prefer balck colour but there's no stock of the size i want so i chose another colour to replace.
