Not possible to order and receive in foreign countries as Belgium Customer service very poor and none helpfull Sorry even if website and checkout process clear, should be smart when calling

Initially, i was sent an order addressed to me but it contained items intended for someone else. Phoned customer services, who promised order would arrive in time for a birthday later on in the week, it didnt. Half of the order came three days later, some more came five days later and i m still waiting for one item after three weeks. Would not use again

ORDERED A CAR TRANSPORTER AFTER CHECKING IN LOCAL BRANCH IN BELFAST WHERE THEY STATED THE ITEM WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. FOUND IT ONLINE AND ORDERED IT ON 5/12/2005 FOR 5 DAY DELIVERY.10/12/2005 MY MOTHER PHONED TO CHECK ON BOTH OUR DELIVERIES AND ADVISED THERE WAS NO RECORD OF MY ORDER,I CONTACTED COMPANY WITH THE ORDER NO.AND WAS TOLD IT HAD BEEN DISPATCHED 9/12/2005,ITEM FINALLY ARRIVED 15/12/2005! MEANWHILE A FRIEND GOT ONE IN BANGOR STORE SAVING DELIVERY CHARGE.DISAPOINTING SERVICE
