Fantastic service. Ordered a range cooker - the whole process was extremely efficient and friendly. Only had to pay a deposit of £50 unlike other suppliers. Cooker arrived on time. I did have to use customer service to solve a problem (which originated from the cookers manufacturer) no arguments solved immediately over the phone - even though technically it was not their fault.

We went to Exclusive Appliances showrooms and they have a fantastic selection of products on show. Their service is excellent and the staff are very polite and helpful. We purchased a Falcon range cooker and hood. We only had to pay a very small deposit, whereas other companies wanted full payment up front.

I purchased a range cooker from this store. Staff were really helpful and polite. They didn't take full payment upfront like most retailers and they even delivered to me on a Sunday morning so I didn't have to take the time off work. Once my cooker was installed I was given a full demo so didn't spend hours trying to figure it all out!
