I was very impressed with the speed of delivery. I ordered on a Monday evening (Australia time) & received the delivery on Friday morning. I did pay extra for the Parcelforce service, but I still didn't expect it to be delivered to Australia from the UK within 4 days. Fantastic service, will definitely use Express Chemist again.

They could do with a more professional looking website .. appearances count. I purchased from them becuase they were the only website I could find that sold the perfume I wanted ... more than top marks to them for that. But I was dubious at the time as to how good they were becuase of the look of the website. As it happens they turned out to be excellent in their procedure and delivery. But I bet they lose some sales becuase of the non professional looking website.
